Incredibly unprofessional. Made an appointment with them to have my tub, toilet and sink reinstalled after having my floor replaced. My appointment was for 8:30am and they were running late so I gave them a call to see what was going on. They said that an emergency call came in and that my appointment had been pushed to 10am. I was fine with that, although I wished they had informed me ahead of time. The plumbers arrived at 10:30am and were there only 30 minutes before saying that another emergency happened and they had to leave. The ONLY thing they had done was put the tub back in it’s place. I had made an appointment with this company and expected my work to be completed. If they had been so busy with emergency calls then they should have called me earlier to just reschedule, not just leave me high and dry with my bathroom still out of order. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. Great service!! 2 other places I called didn’t have anything for days and wanted to charge after hours and emergency service fees. Best Plumbing on the other hand was ready that day a few hours after I called!!

The plumber, Scott, was excellent!! I usually feel a little uncomfortable with home repair services as I’m never sure what the cost should be, but with Best Plumbing and Scott I felt like I was being treated better than fair!!
