Best Water Conditioning in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Adam was so helpful..he addressed all our concerns and explained everything he was going to check or service on our system. We definitely made the right choice purchasing our new furnace and AC from Schneller & Knochelmann !!!

If you do and your garbage disposal goes on strike, call Jolly Plumbing!With a simple call I was able to schedule a day of appointment, I recieved a call and text letting me know John was on his way, with his picture and some fun facts.He was not only great with my dog but worked diligently to fix my problem and was respectful of our home. Super nice guy who went beyond fixing the issue by also reworking piping so it wouldn't happen again (barring human error).

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful. He explained it start to finish, showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently, and were able to finish exactly as they planned. His team goes above & beyond. Herrmann has a customer for life. Thank you. This team will do well & show up for you. HIGHLY recommended.
