Our tech Kevin was very professional and explained everything to us. He made sure that our drain was unclogged and gave us great advice and feedback!

Chris called on his way, came in with booties on, and went right to work. He identified the problem quickly, but unfortunately the water stem fell apart when he took it out! Since this ment the water would run wide open, he got permission to drive 25 minutes to get a repair kit, retuned and completed the repair. Chris is a knowledgeable, very nice young Plummer!

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. We appreciated his transparency and work ethic. We told my 80+ year-old mother that this was a plumber she could trust. She called the next week and agreed that this is a company you can rely on. A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

I don't usually post a Google review, but my recent service with Midwest necessitates a compliment. Kyle responded to my service request to repair a slow dripping outdoor faucet that ultimately led to the repair of a faulty pressure guage. Kyle returned to my home four times in one day to ensure the dripping had ceased, assuring me each time that he would stick with us till the end. He was very pleasant, never complained and was helpful in explaining everything that he was doing. He even followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs. I don't often get this kind of pleasant diligence with other service people and thought it should be recognized.

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

This is the second time I’ve used NixCo and they’ve been great. Kris was courteous, on time, and explained things well. He made quick work of the repairs we needed and left the workspace as clean as it was before he arrived. I highly recommend NixCo!
