New home to us and went with the contractor that installed the updated HVAC and tankless hot water to provide maintenance and cleaning. Thomas & Galbraith we’re the original installers and will continue to maintain these systems in our house. Very happy with their employees professionalism and knowledge.

Steve S has done a superb job on my water heater replacement today. My 15 year-old Rheem water heater was leaking and end of life. I am so lucky to have him for a free consultation without
any trip charge (some companies charge $75 trip fee for just a consultation). Steve is very knowledgeable and highly experienced professional plumber to make sure that the installation meets the State Code. He explained rationals, added the drain pan and expansion tank which were absent in the previous installation (some company quoted me extra $150 to have an expansion tank installed), screwed all vent pipe together, lined gas pipes without any angle stress, secured the expansion tank, hauled away my leaking water tank without mess, and made sure my new heater working fine. He has my new water heater installed in a professional way starting from consultation to the end of work. Steve has more than 35 years of plumber experience, very nice and patient, teaching me and answering me many questions on the tools and materials which I love to learn. It is really a pleasure to have him and enjoyed all his beautiful work. Reasonable price for excellent work!!! I would like to hire him again and recommend his service to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Nick arrived during the 8-10am window I was given. Super nice and explained to me what my options were. He also showed me on the camera what the problem was and how he could fix it. I will definitely call them again if I have another problem.

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and respectful service! Definitely will use again!
