My plumber Jason was awesome. Yes he showed up on time and was very respectful of our house. I would expect those things from a plumber with the reputation that neyer has.

What set Jason apart in my mind was that he was very patient and took his time and explained to me everything that was going on, step by step then gave me options. It's just what I needed to hear. We were stressed because of this issue but in the end having someone who is experienced, knowledgeable, professional and just a good guy made a difficult situation more manageable.

Subcontracted to do a sewer line clean out. Did a phenomenal job and did it fast. The gentleman that performed the work were enjoyable to talk with and knowledgeable

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

Had them out for service work on our tankless water heater. They showed up on time, had the part on their truck and had us back with hot water in no time. Prices were reasonable.

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.
