Best Thermostat Repair in Cincinnati OH

I just had them out last week to replace my AC and put in a tankless water heater. Everyone from the office staff, sales, and installation crew were great to work with and very professional. Now my AC is cold and the tankless water heater is hot. Tankless is the way to go if you are looking to replace a water heater. It may cost a bit more upfront, but it will pay for itself. This is the first time I have used Schneller and I am very happy with their level of service. I will be calling them again for future HVAC or plumbing needs.

Tech quickly identified source of problem (condensate pump had backed up and effectively shut down thermostat, thus whole system was down). He had it back up in no time with recommendation to use gel tabs to prevent recurrence.They have subsequently installed shut off valves and external hose barbs. All good

Had routine maintenance on my oil furnace. Everything was exceptional. Appointment was right on time, I was notified when the technician was on his way with a text message that included his name and picture. Kevin was very thorough with his maintenance and explained everything he did and thought should be done. I even received a follow up phone call to make sure I was satisfied and they thanked me for being their customer. Service like that seems to be hard to find these days and I for one appreciate it and will definitely use them in the future.

Jon was able to come out for us on an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon when we smelled a gas leak in our HVAC system. He quickly identified the issue (faulty gas valve) and shut off the source to the heater. He set our mind at ease with answering our 1,000 questions we had an assured us we would be ok until a senior tech can come back on Monday to replace the part. My only complaint is that the part wasn’t readily available for such a concerning issue. I wish that the parts were available on a Saturday for techs to grab and fix same day. Overall though, Jon is fantastic and super friendly. We will definitely have him back out whenever we need service.

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.
