A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

We are so very grateful that they worked us in today! The 25+ year old system made some horrible noises last night. Fearing it could start a fire we shut it down. Waking up to a house at 59° F we had to find someone willing to respond today. Some repairs were made, but we realize the system may be reaching its expiration! The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.
