Best Septic System Repair in Cincinnati OH

1-Tom-Plumber Plumber
We had a pipe break late on a Sunday night. I googled plumbers, they were the 5th one I called but the first one to answer or have someone available. Robert showed up quick, was very professional and when there was an ongoing issue he came back the next day and made it 100% fixed. Really reasonable pricing as well! We found our new plumbing company!

Nieman Plumbing Plumber
As always, we got superlative service from the folks at Nieman. I’m not a shil. I’ve just had to deal with so many poor contractors over the years. It’s refreshing when someone shows up who’s polite and does the job right the first time. I could get used to this.

Jolly Plumbing is excellent! Their customer service folks are great on the phone - helpful and efficient - and service technician Austin Wilburn was very nice, respectful, and clearly explained everything and answered all my questions during my 100-year-old-home’s ten-point checkup. I will be a return customer for sure.

Midwestern Plumbing Service Plumber
We had a hot water heater installed this week (our old one was at minimum 15 years old). We were quoted $1508 for a 50 gallon electric hot water heater. When they get there for installation, the water heater they have brought was too large for the space. So, they would have to get a thinner heater to fit. Wanted to charge an extra $340 for the heater due to the difference in cost, and the pan underneath. Upon complaint, they reduced this to $189 (in addition to the original quote). The heater starts leaking. The come out twice and replace the pressure valve, as that is where it was leaking. Still leaking as of yesterday, so they send (who I am guessing is a 'more experienced') technician out. Our heater needed an expansion tank! This is why it was leaking. He called the heater a 'ticking time bomb' without it, because the pressure could have caused the whole heater to split. And extra $225 for the expansion kit, which should have been installed from the beginning, and we lived with what he called a 'ticking time bomb' for 4 days. While the technicians were friendly (especially the one who finally figured the issue out yesterday), we're still highly frustrated and dissatisfied!

HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains Plumber
Dylan P. from HELP plumbing heating and cooling came out today to do a standard A/C maintenance as part of my subscription contract with HELP. This is my second year I've signed up for this agreement, and from what it provides, I think that it's a great value. I've had a moderate HVAC repair in the past where some kind of worn motor in the heating system was wearing out (out of spec), but since then the system has been trouble free and each seasonal check of heating and cooling (2-3 seasons so far) have gone well including today's check. Dylan did note some out of tolerance readings for an electrical part in the compressor (it wasn't the capacitor) , but everything else looked good otherwise. In the past, I've had major plumbing issues (spot repair in the lateral) that HELP repaired as well, so I've actually done a high dollar amount of business with them. I have a feeling that HELP is not the cheapest place for their services, but I can 100% vouch for their quality. It's cry once, buy once for those who know the saying. In my experience chasing the best price is not always wise for major house systems. If you're struggling on a budget, then I sympathize, HELP may not be your best bet, but I'd still recommend them because they staff really good techs and their services are top notch. Again, if you're not struggling with budgets/finances, I recommend them in a heartbeat especially when you want the job done right the first time.About today's visit, if you can get Dylan P to do your service call for HVAC from HELP, I can vouch for what a great guy he is. Don't let the young looks fool you, he's fantastic and knows his stuff. He's incredibly detailed and offered to show me all the work he did to arrive at his analysis and conclusion for a part that was reading out of spec. I just found out that I can request him for my any future HELP calls on HVAC, and I'll be doing just that after meeting him just the one time. If any service managers are reading this review, I can't say enough good things about this guy. I'm going to also make sure to copy/paste my review here or link to it to make sure his higher ups get my review. I'm that impressed with him.

Mike Hensley Plumbing Inc Plumber
Hensley plumbing is my new go-to plumbing company after using another company for years. When I called due to a failed water heater, I had a quote right away for a fair price where another big name company wanted to charge 2x the price. Derek was able to come out the next day whereas the company I used all the time couldn’t get to me for 3 days. I also used Hensley Plumbing for installation of a back up sump pump and toilet repair. Professional, on time, and fair priced every single time.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup Plumber
The work was done in a friendly and efficient manner. My only issue ever with Roto-rooter is that sometimes I have to wait longer than promised for the plumber to show up. They sometimes get stuck on other jobs and their arrival is delayed. I never have an issue with the quality of their services and work, however.

Affordable 24-7 Emergency Sewer Plumbing & Heating Plumber
I haven't writtten a review in my life but I feel like If I don't do this other people might not realize how HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE , RIDICULOUS & UNTRUSTED this company is. We hired them for jobs but let them go for one of them because they didn't show up. We decided to let them finish the other job ( main sewer line replacement) because they already started. The agreement for the price was $2995 and will take 2-3 days to finish everything if the weather was permitted. It took them almost a month to get the job done and it is not because of the weather. It will take them much longer if we don't call them every single day to ask them to finish.
They went out and drill a hole in our basement to install a new pipe and leave the hole unseal and didn't come back for a week. Unfortunately for us, we got rain on the weekend and the water ran in basement like a stream. On Friday, 8 PM our tenant called and told us their stuff got soaking wet. I wished that I can know how to post the video here. We called their plumber. Of course, no answer. My husband left him a voice mail and we also called the company phone. The lady answered the phone and told us that not their problem. After, my husband yelled at her on the phone, and she said their plumbing will give us a call. Around 9:30 PM, their plumber called back and said he couldn't come because he was busy working on another job and wouldn't be able to show up until midnight. We told him we didn't care what time it was he need to come to fix the problem he created. We couldn't trusted because they already lied to us many times before so we had to go to Mernard to buy a sum pump to pump the water out and concrete stuff to fix the hole up by ourselves. After 2-3 weeks the work was still not done. We called the owner and told them if they couldn't get it done we had to hire different company. Of course we didn't even know they were done until few days ago, the lady called my husband and questioned us why don't we pay them. No phone call to tell us the job was done nor invoice. We asked them to give us the money we spent for materials, labor to fix the hole and called the city, etc back. They said no and they said they will put the lien on the house if we don't pay them full amount. We already mailed them the check 3 days ago and yesterday we received an email and a letter from their lawyer threat us to put the lien on our house if we don't pay them. I am glad to know to know that they wait their time and money to find a lawyer. We thought about about filling a court to get our money back but not sure if I wanted to wait my time to deal with those kind of people. If you consider hire this company, please think again not twice but three, four, five times. Trust me this company is worth nothing
