I have owned three homes and have had multiple issues with plumbing etc… Joe from 1 Tom, is hands down the absolute best technician I have had the privilege to work on my house. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can’t say enough about his work and ability to diagnose and fix. Very lucky to have him get me up and running again!

Lance came out as scheduled and gave us a detailed quote. We did not have an emergency, but wanted to cover all of the issues we were dealing with. He gave us options to complete one or all of the projects, with a quote that we could pick and choose from, according to our budget while prioritizing the issues. He was available to do the work while he was here, but when we asked to complete the work on our timeline, he rescheduled with his office to come back at our convenience. Lance came back today and successfully eliminated all of our issues from slow drains to replacement of valves and hot water bladders. Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. Hensley plumbing is my new go-to plumbing company after using another company for years. When I called due to a failed water heater, I had a quote right away for a fair price where another big name company wanted to charge 2x the price. Derek was able to come out the next day whereas the company I used all the time couldn’t get to me for 3 days. I also used Hensley Plumbing for installation of a back up sump pump and toilet repair. Professional, on time, and fair priced every single time.

Ryan was very professional and took time to go over a lot of things and to give tips to helping out with certain things. He even made sure to run the auger through a few times instead of once and then leaving. Only issue we seem to be having now is getting the scope done, but I get being busy.

He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with their lack of communication. I wanted to hire them for a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention, but their failure to call me back left me in a state of frustration and inconvenience.

First and foremost, when I initially reached out to A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service, they were prompt in answering my call and seemed attentive to my problem. We discussed the urgency of the issue, and they assured me that they would get back to me shortly to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them.

I patiently waited for their call, assuming they were busy attending to other customers or encountering unforeseen circumstances. However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.

What disappoints me the most is the lack of professionalism displayed by A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive updates regarding the status of my service request. Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed. I haven't writtten a review in my life but I feel like If I don't do this other people might not realize how HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE , RIDICULOUS & UNTRUSTED this company is. We hired them for jobs but let them go for one of them because they didn't show up. We decided to let them finish the other job ( main sewer line replacement) because they already started. The agreement for the price was $2995 and will take 2-3 days to finish everything if the weather was permitted. It took them almost a month to get the job done and it is not because of the weather. It will take them much longer if we don't call them every single day to ask them to finish.
They went out and drill a hole in our basement to install a new pipe and leave the hole unseal and didn't come back for a week. Unfortunately for us, we got rain on the weekend and the water ran in basement like a stream. On Friday, 8 PM our tenant called and told us their stuff got soaking wet. I wished that I can know how to post the video here. We called their plumber. Of course, no answer. My husband left him a voice mail and we also called the company phone. The lady answered the phone and told us that not their problem. After, my husband yelled at her on the phone, and she said their plumbing will give us a call. Around 9:30 PM, their plumber called back and said he couldn't come because he was busy working on another job and wouldn't be able to show up until midnight. We told him we didn't care what time it was he need to come to fix the problem he created. We couldn't trusted because they already lied to us many times before so we had to go to Mernard to buy a sum pump to pump the water out and concrete stuff to fix the hole up by ourselves. After 2-3 weeks the work was still not done. We called the owner and told them if they couldn't get it done we had to hire different company. Of course we didn't even know they were done until few days ago, the lady called my husband and questioned us why don't we pay them. No phone call to tell us the job was done nor invoice. We asked them to give us the money we spent for materials, labor to fix the hole and called the city, etc back. They said no and they said they will put the lien on the house if we don't pay them full amount. We already mailed them the check 3 days ago and yesterday we received an email and a letter from their lawyer threat us to put the lien on our house if we don't pay them. I am glad to know to know that they wait their time and money to find a lawyer. We thought about about filling a court to get our money back but not sure if I wanted to wait my time to deal with those kind of people. If you consider hire this company, please think again not twice but three, four, five times. Trust me this company is worth nothing
