Best Replace Water Softener in Cincinnati OH

I called this morning and they were able to have someone out within hours. Ryan was absolutely fantastic! He was very attentive to the problem we were having and acted quickly to fix the issue. I also appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me. I highly recommend them!

First, Traci was so nice, helpful, professional and funny. Second Chis called to tell me he was close. Also, I Had explicit instructions about the covering of his feet, Chis was sooo cool about it and I truly appreciated that. I decided on Five Star Cincinnati Plumbing as my go-to plumbing company after meeting with a few plumbers and doing extensive research. They were always upfront about pricing, so I knew that they weren't trying to take advantage of me or my situation. We replaced our water softener, and now my family is much happier! Not only did we save money in the long run by switching to them, but their customer service was exemplary..

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Maximum Plumbing did an outstanding job on our Water Heater install and removal. They were on time went over the work they would do and got the job done in timely fashion with no issues. The technician was very professional and courteous and respectful while in our home. Will use them again for any plumbing work that we need done.

My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. I'm happy with the service that I have received they did a great job on the install. They did it right like it's supposed to be would recommend them to any one thanks again best plumbing

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I would deff recommend using them there prices are fair. From the moment I called till the moment my business was done with them was handle great. Thank you dalton again!

I had a water softener that was leaking. I called Roto-Rooter to reroute the plumbing so that it would not hook into the water softener any more. The technician was a nice guy and he didn't take long. From what I could tell the work was good. The only question I had was around the price. He didn't really explain the quote he gave me. He just said he could do it for $300. I wish he would have gone into more detail on how he came up with that number.

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
