George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Jason, the service technician arrived promptly within the time frame of his call. Wore mask, and wore shoe protective covers inside my home. He quickly assessed the problem with our two air conditioners and installed the parts (he had in his truck). He took time to answer our questions. One of those questions had to do with a possible zone issue. He quickly referred us to a specialist in that area and made us an appointment with him!!!!! This service was top notch and best of all , the company sent out a tech almost immediately because of health issues would have been greatly aggravated. Unlike previous dealings with another big brand company that took days to show up. I am glad I took a friend’s recommendation to call Thomas & Galbraith!!!!

Our service person did a wonderful job of fixing the leak in our complicated master shower. Very professional and effective in everything we have had done over years.

I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

Rusty Goins and Jay came in and unclogged my sewer line from my basement to the street. I sat there with them as they showed me the video of where my drain line was obstructed -what was obstructing it. They showed me all the different types of sewer line from concrete to clay to iron so it was an informational day I learned a lot and I was given some good options. My cost was not as high as it was expected because of what they didn’t have to do which was a relief. All they had to do was push the remaining sediment and they weren’t forced to charge me for the services they thought they might have to do. I appreciate the help and future direction given with my sewer lines.

I was recommended to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Cincinnati Inc by some neighbors in my community. When I had an emergency, I called in for a toilet repair and they were able to diagnose the issue, give me an estimate, and fix the toilet in one day. WOW, THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL.

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

Unbelievable service

Called Perry Kelly Plumbing for residential repair work (as their street sign indicates they do as do their google reviews) and was told they only work new construction installation. The only reason for the one-star review is so that no one else wastes their time calling them for repair work.

Great company to work with! They care about building relationships and overlooking mistakes that my company made with theirs.
We look forward to working with AA for many years to come.
