We sprung a leak late one night. I called the 24 hour service line and the gentleman on the phone was super nice. They gave us an estimated time and they showed up and were done within that time frame. The technician Eric that showed up was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered any and all the questions I had. He did a great job and I was pleasantly surprised by our bill. Jolly is honest, affordable, and they do great work. We will definitely be calling Jolly from now on!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Terrell is a master of his craft and obviously takes pride in his work. Wish my family could have worked with him, but Choice Home Warranty is terrible.
