Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

Arrived on-time and was very professional. Ran thorough tests and found problem with our heating system. Fixed and gave us a clear summary.

BE AWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE AND NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THE END! I put a request on Angi to have a leak inspected and got a call from them the next day saying they could have someone out in 30 minutes. The man came and inspected and said he would come up with plan. Didn't hear back for 4 days and the problem was alreay fixed. At the end of the inspection he said that will be 129.95 for today. WHAT? That is something you should tell someone in advance!! I called to talk about this with them and was hung up on by a guy named Mike. OK, Thank You! was all he could muster before hanging up the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We’ve always had good interactions with Halpin plumbing over the past couple of decades. On time, explains things and they clean up afterwards. We will continue to always use them and refer others to Halpin.

Called for leaking faucet. Work performed correctly and quickly. However, had them out in January for a similar repair that took approx. 15 minutes and was $125, which sounded fair as I expect roughly 1 hour minimum billing even if it takes less time. Had them out today, fixed faucet again (not the same faucet) approx. 15 minutes and fee was $240!!!! Almost double?!! Called the office and spoke to service manager Ryan. He explained they’ve changed their billing structure (to gouge, I guess?) and $240 was not an error. Note technician did give me this price before performing the work and I had him proceed rather than sending him on his way and calling elsewhere and waiting for another service call etc. I just won’t be using them again in the future, unfortunately. Beware if you’re a repeat customer you may be in for a surprise, and if you’re a new customer, you may want to get other quotes first.

Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

MarkCo Plumbing has helped resolve my plumbing issues with a prompt and courteous response. Their staff is very knowledgeable and were helpful giving an appointment for urgent repairs. I found their work to be high quality and carefully cleaned the area after repairs were completed.

We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

Sam and his team are the best plumbers you can get. They even fixed what a different plumber messed up in our old home. We have had him do multiple jobs and they always do a great job for a fair price.

Unbelievable service

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
