Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

We had water backing up in the basement due to tree roots. Of course it was a Saturday afternoon when it happened. We called and they sent someone out within 2 hours and cleaned it out with no problems. Would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

A Master Craftsman in Plumbing - Ryan Tharp, an Exceptional Find!
I am taking the time to write this review out of sheer gratitude for the exceptional work that Ryan Tharp Plumbing has done for me over the years. Having hired numerous plumbing companies for various projects, I have certainly seen the gamut of services. From these experiences, Ryan Tharp Plumbing stands head and shoulders above the rest.
From upgrading the existing plumbing for a basement renovation to handling the rough-in and plumbing for a basement bathroom, and even undertaking a complete overhaul of my master bathroom, Ryan Tharp Plumbing has repeatedly proved their mettle.
I was particularly struck by the company's meticulous attention to detail, which in my opinion, is truly second to none. Ryan's careful pre-hire estimation ensures there are no hidden surprises, while the final invoicing process is transparent, fair, and customer-friendly.
The work carried out by Ryan is not just plumbing, it is craftsmanship. The quality of the work performed far surpasses any of the other well-known companies I have previously hired. Ryan's dedication to his trade and his customer-oriented approach has not only given me a great professional experience but has left me feeling extremely positive about my interactions with him.
I firmly believe that Ryan Tharp Plumbing is a hidden gem in the world of plumbing services. If you are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused plumber, look no further. I have nothing but high praise for Ryan and his team and can't recommend them highly enough.

Leslie was on time and extremely helpful. She solved all of my issues, including some that have been going on for years that 2 other plumbing companies were not able to help me with. I was very happy. The online scheduling is very easy (although I never received the confirmation email that the website said I would). And the fact that they offer weekend hours without an increase in price is much appreciated.

Tarvin Plumbing is an excellent company! We were very pleased with their 2 visits- one for replacement of 2 outside faucets and the 2nd visit for replacement of the main water shutoff valve and replacement of the air chamber on the water heater that prevents “hammering”. We will be happy to have “Jim” back for any future plumbing needs.Tarvin's office staff and procedure for scheduling is fantastic!

Top notch! Honest, quick, professional and even tidied up once the work was done. Would be more than happy to use again or recommend their services to others.

Had an issue with a leak in the wall drain after trying to replace a bathroom vanity myself. They were able to come out less than 48 hours after I called. They were communicative and friendly and did a great job explaining what was happening (blockage in the drain and imperceptible crack in the wall tube). Matt also finished installing my vanity for me. I would call them again!

When my kitchen sink backed up I called Roto-Rooter. Based on the extreme cold for the last two weeks I assumed that it would be a few days before someone would be available. I was wrong, they scheduled the service for the same day. While they did miss the time window they gave me by a couple hours, it was not a big deal because the dispatcher called ahead to confirm the new time would work. The tech who came out (Marwan) worked quickly, was friendly and knowledgeable and got the issue fixed in just under an hour. I was impressed by the amount of information he shared regarding the cause of the issue and preventative measures to take to avoid it in the future. It is worth mentioning that I was his last service call at 10:45pm and if I didn’t ask would have never known Marwan was finishing up a 15-16 hour day. This was my first experience with Roto-Rooter and they will be my first call with any future plumbing issues.

We have used Rebisso for many years. I should have written a review long before now. They are quick to respond and always do a great job. Steve usually comes over and he really knows his stuff and he gives you his honest opinion. When the work is complete he leaves and says you get a bill in the mail. That's the old fashioned way of doing business and I love it. I always recommend Rebisso whenever anyone is looking for plumbing work.

We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

I was told it would be a week to come out and fix a leaking pipe. Unacceptable. I called Rods Home Service and he came out the same day. Fixed it in about 15 minutes.

First Visit:
Recently, I enlisted Roto-Rooter's services to clear clogged pipes in my kitchen and laundry room, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Adding to my disappointment, the plumber initially claimed they couldn't access the roof to clear the four pipes, despite another company doing so successfully six years ago. He even said that would have been faster and had a better result. However, the plumber later contradicted himself, mentioning they could access the roof with a harness, but a shortage within their company prevented its use. This raised concerns about safety protocols and organizational efficiency. I reached out to the manager, who confirmed their plumbers weren't permitted on roofs but admitted they could access commercial roofs. The next day after water started seeping through the floor after running the dishwasher. I called our appliance repair man and he showed us the water was not coming from the dishwasher or from under the sink. The dishwasher wasn't the cause, and as the issue emerged after Roto-Rooter's work, I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repairman who denied responsibility and claimed we had bad pipes, despite PVC replacements of all our pipes a few years ago. When I requested a camera inspection, he wanted to charge me. Later, the manager, Ross Musa, called and repeated the same, but in a rude and arrogant manner. The high price of $480 to snake a pipe where the avreage charge in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is $75-$125 for minimal work, along with conflicting information from the plumber and manager regarding roof accessibility and safety gear, left a negative impression. The damages they caused, including the pipe they broke with the snake and subsequent water leakage, only added to my frustration. As a business consultant for 52 years, I strongly advise thorough research and exploring alternative options before considering Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs. I would like them to fix the pipe they broke or prove i have bad pipes and refund my $480.000.

They the same tech to take a look at my problem. The technician who arrived at my house turned out to be the very same person who had caused the initial problem. It was a frustrating and unexpected coincidence. When he showed up, he casually asked if I had called Roto Rooter, to which I replied, questioning who had sent him. Seemingly uninterested, he began to head back to his truck.
Once he finally came in to inspect the issue, he confidently stated that my kitchen floor was not leaking. However, he insisted that he turn the water on to properly assess the situation. He poured 15 gallons of water down the sink he said. Still, he maintained that there was no sign of a leak, assuring me the problem was resolved. And than the water coming up through the floor .
I asked him if it was possible for a plumber's snake to crack a PVC pipe. He admitted that it was indeed possible. He insisted that the only way to determine the exact location of the leak was by running a camera through the pipe. I agreed, thinking it would finally put an end to the uncertainty surrounding the situation.
However, much to my surprise, he then informed me that running the camera would come with an additional charge. I couldn't believe it –
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident with Roto Rooter. Numerous complaints had been filed against them for breaking pipes with their plumber's snakes.
Dealing with this situation had left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the service industry and Roto Rooter.
We now have water leaking under the floor it will not dry up even after using a shop vac.
I would like my money back $480.00

I called at 8:00 am about a leak we had. They were there at 10:00 and done and everything fixed by 12:00. I really liked that they gave me an estimate and options prior to starting the job. Once they finished they went over everything with me. What really impressed me is that he realized water potential got into the wiring of the water heater and if left sitting could have damaged or shorted it out. He opened that to verify and so I could get it dried out.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.
She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.
This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
I told my mother to never call this man again and to warn her friends as well.
