I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

These people are awesome. I had a old and damaged shower faucet and cartridge I could find parts for anywhere else. The gentlemen in the store all came together and helped find all the parts I needed to repair my shower. I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing repairs or parts needed.

While it is true that the first week of 2018 was brutally cold and placed great demands on companies like Schneller, it is also true that good communications should be higher so as to avoid confusion. My situation was that I had a clogged bathroom sink drain so I called them explained the situation. They said they were slammed so I said that my situation was not critical like frozen pipes or furnace outages and that they could call me when they had a cancellation or a service call in the neighborhood. It has been 8 days so I went to Schuloff's and got a snake and cleared the line myself saving approx $165 net. Zip follow-up.

Joe has been one of 2 servicemen we know we can count on. No matter how busy he is if your problem is urgent he will come right away. Other work is always done in a methodical manner and he rarely needs to leave to get parts or take breaks. In remodeling an old Victorian Joe has been indispensable. He’s become like extended family thanks to his friendly outgoing personality!

I called last week trying to get a quote on doing the rough plumbing for a bathroom I am installing at my house. The reception was friendly and said that there weren’t any plumbers available and she took my information down and said they would call me back when a plumber was available. It has been over a week and I still haven’t got a call back. I gave them two stars because at least the receptionist was friendly.

My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. Shawn was incredible and very friendly!

Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate.
