We called Apollo based on response time. We elected to replace the AC and furnace per your recommendation. We knew we were paying premium rates, well above the market average. After installation, the crew left my condo with the AC not functioning correctly. Apollo wouldn't promptly dispatch a technician to finish the work. Therefore another night was spent in miserable heat. Also, this morning your plumber gave an estimate of initially over $7k, then reduced to $6k, for a water heater replacement. A project that should be between $2-3k, tops. I guess this won't go on your Yelp page.

Luke and Ty took a tricky job in an old house with no square walls, and did a phenomenal tub install and full bathroom plumbing overhaul in a single day. I'd definitely call them again.

We discussed the urgency of the issue, and they assured me that they would get back to me shortly to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them.

I patiently waited for their call, assuming they were busy attending to other customers or encountering unforeseen circumstances. However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.

What disappoints me the most is the lack of professionalism displayed by A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive updates regarding the status of my service request. Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed. Their failure to do so demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' needs and a lack of basic customer service etiquette.

I strongly advise anyone in need of plumbing services to steer clear of A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. Their unresponsiveness and lack of communication have caused me significant frustration, inconvenience, and financial losses.
