I had a sub pump fail and when the tech came out. He gave me a couple of options. One option was they would sell me the pump and install it for $500 or if I would provide my own pump they would do the install for $200. I opted to buy my own pump from a local hardware store for $150 they did the install for $200 which of course saved me $150. So their honesty and giving me different options has cemented a very positive reputation for me. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. As a side note the reason for the cost difference for the pump for buying it from them vs myself is if I bought it from them it comes with additional guarantees and if you want that piece of mind it might be worth it to you to buy it directly from them.

We appreciate Apollo's integrity! They had to come to the house 3 times to clear a stubborn clog in my kitchen sink. After a video assessment, they thought a clean out would need to be installed in my finished basement. Tyler came to the house on the 3rd visit prepared to install the clean out. HE suggested he give the auger one more try and was able to clear the clog after some maneuvering of the auger without installing a clean out. He also provided recommendations to maintain the drain. Tyler saved us a lot of money! Thanks to Tyler and Apollo for instilling honesty and integrity in their operations! They fixed my problem and held true to changing me only $89 to clear the drain, even though it took them 3 visits.Thank You!Bob

They are very willing to work with guys who are just trying to become skilled tradesmen. Other places are much more expensive and require 2 nights a week. PACON is one night a week and very reasonable rates.

Archer is awesome! They came and replaced our main stack pipe that runs from the second floor to the basement. There was a crack in the old cast iron and they were able to fix it in a timely manner. 100% recommend them!
