Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

I was recommended to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Cincinnati Inc by some neighbors in my community. When I had an emergency, I called in for a toilet repair and they were able to diagnose the issue, give me an estimate, and fix the toilet in one day. WOW, THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL.

Mike was great. He was very friendly and showed me what my septic tank looked like inside. He educated me on ways to keep it healthy as well. Mike was also kind enough to quickly look at a drain in my laundry room that I’ve been concerned about. He advised me what to do right now and then told me what Jolly could do if that doesn’t fix the problem. He was very reassuring to me. I will definitely use Jolly again and would love to have Mike back out if any issues arise. Thank you Jolly!

These guys are great. I have used them many times for various issues over the past few years. They are responsive, friendly and affordable. I do not plan on shopping for a plumber anytime soon as I have one.

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Hensley plumbing is my new go-to plumbing company after using another company for years. When I called due to a failed water heater, I had a quote right away for a fair price where another big name company wanted to charge 2x the price. Derek was able to come out the next day whereas the company I used all the time couldn’t get to me for 3 days. I also used Hensley Plumbing for installation of a back up sump pump and toilet repair. We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
