Best Furnace Maintenance in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

They came out on time, professionally briefed me on what was going to happen, I got out of their way, and they got the job done quickly and cleanly. All without trying to constantly upsell other services. Exactly what I would have asked for in an ideal situation.

Matt was the technician and he was wonderful. On time, very kind, did a great job with the repairs. He even went the extra mile and brought my trash cans in from the curb after the garbage truck came through. I was very impressed by him and will definitely use Thomas and Galbraith in the future.

They were able to send a technician to my home in a very timely fashion for a non-emergent but urgent issue. Their support staff was very friendly and thorough, and the technician (Josh) was on time, friendly, understood my issue and communicated the options for repair clearly to me. Pricing was very fair. Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.
