Our Help technician Joe Beck was very knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. We had both water heater and main waterline problems. Joe quickly assessed the problems and gave us an all inclusive quote right away. We were ready to proceed so he quickly obtained the parts he needed and worked to fix the issues. There was a stubborn area at the water main and Joe worked through it patiently and professionally. He stuck with us until it was fixed completely, even after having to go get additional parts. I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house.
