My name is G Rolland. We were having multiple plumbing issues and Eric from Plumb Tite visited our home. This young man was Very Professional. His explanations of our issues and estimated cost of repairs were clear and concise. Moreover, Eric respectfully answered all of my concerns. Note: Though Plumb Tite did not give an estimate lower than 2 others I received, I am sharing this review because I believe Eric's Professionalism and great representation of Plumb Tite should not go unnoticed!!!

Needed a leak fixed on our main water valve. Tyler came out and fixed it within 15 minutes. A bit pricey for what it was, but the service was great.

Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

Midwestern Plumbing tech Kyle handled my plumbing emergency expertly and efficiently. Kyle was professional and confident and had my plumbing issue fixed in a short time at a reasonable price. Midwestern Plumbing will be getting all of my plumbing work as well as my recommendation from now on. I might mention the pleasant and efficient office staff who took my call. Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

Our bathtub drain pipe, which was embedded in concrete above our dining room, burst. We were told that we would need to jackhammer our bathroom floor out to get to it. Then Eric arrived, and knew how to get to the pipe from below. It took him two days, when we feared it may take several weeks. He was great and did the job in the time and at the same cost as he initially quoted. We went from having a very bad accident to a very positive experience. Thanks, Eric!

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
