I have used Tarvin Plumbing for a few plumbing issues throughout the years...I have always had great service and value from them. Today I had Phil come and replace a leaky shut off valve for the dishwasher and I also had Phil replace the shut off valves at the meter. Very impressed with the speedy and professional service. I called today for a water heater install and AJ the technician was out in just a few hours. He was very friendly, professional and prepared. He completed the install, removed the old equipment, cleaned up after himself - all in under 2 hours. Quick and easy, happy to say I’ve found a new plumbing service.

Although I've had a couple of great experiences with Jolly in the past, this one was a little mixed. They were very prompt, scheduled to come out between 12-2 and showing up just after 12. I love the text that allows you to check progress btw...very helpful. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to help with the problems I presented. My issues are pretty minor, but I think worth mentioning. First is that they came for a free estimate but immediately started taking things apart. Before I knew it they were charging me $185 for something I may have chosen to do myself. I would have liked to have been told where the free estimate ended and actual billing time began.Second, they tracked dirt all along their paths through a house I just had professionally cleaned in order to get it sold.Third, they left the shower/bath tub that they fixed in pieces for me to put back together, which was easy enough, but could have been a nice touch for them to finish the project.In all, they got the job done and were friendly, but a little additional bedside manner would have been appreciated.Overall, I'd be likely to use Jolly again, but with a little more upfront clarification before any work begins next time.

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and respectful service! Definitely will use again!
