Best Burst Pipe Repair/Replacement in Cincinnati OH
My parents referred this company! Joe came out for a quote yesterday and was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable! He explained all of our options and even discussed payment plans! He asked when we would like Install and said ASAP being the unit in our house we just bought was 26 years old and way past it’s life expectancy and a half ton too small. We were amazed he got us scheduled for the install for today, just a day after the initial quote! The installers were great as well! Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend their services!

Needed multiple visits right after buying a house and they were super responsive. I met multiple team members and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the issues were resolved quickly and they even gave me maintenance tips for other things in the house. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber. 💖

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

They fixed what nobody else could. I had standing sewage in my showers due to back up in toilets. Apollo and RotoRooter flat out refused to repair my issue. Marco has the tools and experience to handle any problem. Thank you Allan for your professionalism in getting this done quickly and efficiently on a Saturday emergancy call. Looking forward to service in the future.

Nixco did an amazing job with our requests - including installing all new toilets and running a gas line for a new stove. They were friendly, knowledgeable regarding recommendations, and discussed all questions and concerns. They were very respectful and clean. The company is up to date with technology so that they're easy to schedule/contact if we ever have any urgent issues. We really appreciate the high quality service. Thank you!

Scott did a fantastic job. Very thorough and up front about pricing. Professional and courteous the entire time. Kacey was great too. I spoke with her when I called Roto-Rooter. She was very helpful and got help to me in a very timely manner-within an hour! Roto-Rooter has great coupons too that they honor. Thank you!

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
