We had been experiencing a loss of water pressure if we ever tried to do two things at once (such as flush a toilet and turn on a faucet). When we tested our pressure everything seemed normal. Other plumbing companies said that this was normal. Ken Neyer Plumbing was able to fit us in within 48 hours of me calling them. The plumber sent out was very well educated, pinpointed the problem quickly, and was able to fix it by putting on a new regulator. Very courteous, professional staff. I would highly recommend for any plumbing services!

Within 2 hours of my call, He came with full load of equipment. He did an excellent job and clean the whole sewer pipe without additional charge. The faucet change was done flawlessly as well. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

Erich did a great job. He arrived on time, was very professional and diligently installed our Flo automatic water shut off and leak detection device. I would happily use Erich and Jolly Plumbing again.

Chad was very informative and stepped me through the process. This was a big expense for us and Schlueter made it as painless as possible. I will certainly use them again.

Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

Hensley plumbing is my new go-to plumbing company after using another company for years. When I called due to a failed water heater, I had a quote right away for a fair price where another big name company wanted to charge 2x the price. Derek was able to come out the next day whereas the company I used all the time couldn’t get to me for 3 days. I also used Hensley Plumbing for installation of a back up sump pump and toilet repair. Professional, on time, and fair priced every single time.

Cody arrived timely and well-prepared, with a big smile. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We walked through the issue and he respectfully described the options and costs…then quickly & efficiently handled everything, reviewing the work upon completion to ensure we were satisfied. We’ve used BEST Plumbing several times now and will continue to recommend them!

Scott did a fantastic job. Very thorough and up front about pricing. Professional and courteous the entire time. Kacey was great too. I spoke with her when I called Roto-Rooter. She was very helpful and got help to me in a very timely manner-within an hour! Roto-Rooter has great coupons too that they honor. Thank you!

I would give them a -10 if I could- DO NOT USE- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - They were actually recommended to me.
I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.

Absolutely terrible experience, and will never use Roto-Rooter again. I had a clogged drain and a leaky faucet, which should have been an easy job. The tech actually made things worse, leaving me with an in-operable faucet, and I was told I should probably get a new faucet.Eventually (after changed appointments, no calls, etc.), a new tech did some out to fix it, but first attempted to charge me for it. Luckily, I called their customer service line before work was done, and it was done for free. However, in my mind it was too little, too late.Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the way this issue was handled, and how I was treated by Roto-Rooter. The fact that such a well-regarded and well established company could be so disorganized, unprofessional, and ineffective is beyond me. The only two people I interacted with that provided a real service to me, and treated me with respect and professionalism were Seth, the second plumber, and Kim, the customer service rep. They should be commended, and should be the standard you hold the rest of your company to.Overall, I still feel taken advantage of, and completely disrespected at every turn. I will never use your services again, and will make every effort to steer every person I know away from you. There are many other options for the services you provide, and I will never again be duped by promises of quick service and professionalism.STAY AWAY.

Recently, I enlisted Roto-Rooter's services to clear clogged pipes in my kitchen and laundry room, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Adding to my disappointment, the plumber initially claimed they couldn't access the roof to clear the four pipes, despite another company doing so successfully six years ago. He even said that would have been faster and had a better result. However, the plumber later contradicted himself, mentioning they could access the roof with a harness, but a shortage within their company prevented its use. This raised concerns about safety protocols and organizational efficiency. I reached out to the manager, who confirmed their plumbers weren't permitted on roofs but admitted they could access commercial roofs. The next day after water started seeping through the floor after running the dishwasher. I called our appliance repair man and he showed us the water was not coming from the dishwasher or from under the sink. The dishwasher wasn't the cause, and as the issue emerged after Roto-Rooter's work, I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repairman who denied responsibility and claimed we had bad pipes, despite PVC replacements of all our pipes a few years ago. When I requested a camera inspection, he wanted to charge me. Later, the manager, Ross Musa, called and repeated the same, but in a rude and arrogant manner. The high price of $480 to snake a pipe where the avreage charge in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is $75-$125 for minimal work, along with conflicting information from the plumber and manager regarding roof accessibility and safety gear, left a negative impression. The damages they caused, including the pipe they broke with the snake and subsequent water leakage, only added to my frustration. As a business consultant for 52 years, I strongly advise thorough research and exploring alternative options before considering Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs. I would like them to fix the pipe they broke or prove i have bad pipes and refund my $480.000.

They the same tech to take a look at my problem.The technician who arrived at my house turned out to be the very same person who had caused the initial problem. It was a frustrating and unexpected coincidence. When he showed up, he casually asked if I had called Roto Rooter, to which I replied, questioning who had sent him. Seemingly uninterested, he began to head back to his truck.
Once he finally came in to inspect the issue, he confidently stated that my kitchen floor was not leaking. However, he insisted that he turn the water on to properly assess the situation. He poured 15 gallons of water down the sink he said. Still, he maintained that there was no sign of a leak, assuring me the problem was resolved.And than the water coming up through the floor .
I asked him if it was possible for a plumber's snake to crack a PVC pipe. He admitted that it was indeed possible. He insisted that the only way to determine the exact location of the leak was by running a camera through the pipe. I agreed, thinking it would finally put an end to the uncertainty surrounding the situation.
However, much to my surprise, he then informed me that running the camera would come with an additional charge. I couldn't believe it –
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident with Roto Rooter. Numerous complaints had been filed against them for breaking pipes with their plumber's snakes.
Dealing with this situation had left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the service industry and Roto Rooter.

We now have water leaking under the floor it will not dry up even after using a shop vac.

I would like my money back $480.00
