Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

Ed was 100% professional and head and shoulders above the 2 other large HVAC companies I contacted. He did a load calculation, walked through the sizing information and thoroughly described the options, costs and differences. I was not planning on purchasing a new heating and air system but felt like this was a company that knew what they were doing and that extended when the installation technicians came the next day.

Quick and easy service. Provided a tracking map/est time of arrival. The repair parts were available on their truck and service took less than an hour. Darryl was friendly and helpful with information about the repair service, and supplies any manufactured materials from new parts. Thank you!

On 10/11/22 Chad come out specially to reset my toilet in a very small bathroom. I was very clear when I made the appointment that the toilet needed to be reset because it was leaking from the base and the floor tile was uneven. Chad didn’t even touch the toilet ( hejust pointed). Telling me the whole bathroom needed to be redone because the shower, toilet and sink were leaking (NOT)and gave me a # of someone who remodels bathrooms. Since then I called upon another service who tore out the toilet replaced the O ring.(and was not afraid of moving around in my small bathroom). Put shims to even the floor so the toilet would sit and work perfectly. Now it’s perfect ….no thanks to Chad! He did sell me the Schneller yearly service which I have no faith to use.

Tony Hoekstra did an amazing job cleaning and fixing our over-worked AC system. He was hard-working and honest - even showed us how clogged our outside unit was. I really appreciate the time and effort he took to get our unit up and running again! i definitely recommend Dick Scott Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning!!!

The guy came out for 1 hour,then packed it up. Very pricey for doing nothing. Robert Jones Plumbing fixed everything for the same price?

Abraham did a wonderful job, quickly and was very efficient. He shared information well, and put my worries to rest...He arrived within just a couple hours and we are up and running! So thankful!

**Edit**I am moving my rating from 1* to 2*s. I received a call from a local customer service rep who apologized and offered to send out another tech to resolve the remaining issue. I told him I was able to fix what was left behind, and he is reimbursing me for part of the cost of the initial repair. Honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had, so I'm grateful Roto-Rooter cares enough about customer service to make things right! It just may have been easier to have things done right the first time around.**Modified original post**My first Roto-Rooter tech was kind, seemed to know how to fix the issue, ordered a part and told me he would be back in 5-10 business days once the part has arrived.I called back 10 business days later to check the status on the order, and found out that he no longer worked with the company. I worked with the dispatcher to have a second technician to look at the leak in our bathtub. We had an appointment scheduled, and no one showed up. The next day, I got an email from them saying that my ticket was closed as the problem was resolved. It was not.We played phone tag several times until we finally scheduled a rep to come out and resolve the issue. They were able to do so, but the bathtub immediately started leaking after they left and they left the bathroom in shambles and in poor working order. We then called dispatch and had him come back to fix the issue.They were expensive, unprofessional in the way that they communicated with us over the phone, and didn't to resolve our issue with any sort of promptness.

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful. He explained it start to finish, showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently, and were able to finish exactly as they planned. His team goes above & beyond. Herrmann has a customer for life. Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
