Best Any Sewer Service in Cincinnati OH

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

The tech that came was very professional, he did an inspection and gave a fare quote then drove 45 minutes away to get the parts and when he got back had it fixed within an hour.

Technician was on time based on service window between 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm. However, that was the only thing I can say went right. The technician entered my home with no mask, shoe covers, gloves, nothing. I escorted him to the problem area. The technician determined that it was only two options, 1. Replace the entire shower or 2. Rebuild/build a new valve. The technician just type information into his tablet. He then advised it would be no guarantee because he would need to go to a supply warehouse and try to find parts to build the part. I was not understanding how he could make this determination if he had not did any probing or looking around. The technician type more information into his tablet. He gladly took the $98 for coming out and went on his way. What was more interesting is that I contacted another plumber who went to Keidel Plumbing Supply Counter, purchased a $15 piece on my behalf and fixed my problem within minutes. Needless to say Thomas & Galbraith Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been placed on my do not call list.

One of my children dumped grease down the sink and clogged our kitchen drain. After spending nearly 24 hours trying to unclog the sink ourselves, we finally gave up and called Roto-Rooter. I called their 24-hour line at 5:15 am and the person who answered was very friendly, even that early in the morning. They had Tyler come out within a few hours. Tyler was very friendly and respectful and was very knowledgeable about his work. He did a wonderful job, getting everything cleaned out very quickly. He cleaned everything up as well when he was done. I would definitely recommend them to others, and will call them again if we ever have any plumbing needs in the future.

Installed sewer and water line on new house construction. Did great work but not cheap.

Within 2 hours of my call, He came with full load of equipment. He did an excellent job and clean the whole sewer pipe without additional charge. The faucet change was done flawlessly as well. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

We have used Jolly for plumbing and gas line (LP) issues and installs in the past and they have been great. Today they maintenanced our HVAC system and did a fabulous job. The young man took his time, was thorough and extremely professional. We cannot thank you enough.

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

Called at 5pm and DeShawn was here by 6pm. He was knowledgeable and explained how and what he was going to do. I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I will request him the next time! Excellent work.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
