VERY PLEASED! We purchased a new water from this company through our plumber. The guys I talked to were very helpful in helping us decide which type and size water heater we needed. They were very patient with me as I didn't know anything about water heaters. They are now our new best supplier. I will be back.

They were always upfront about pricing, so I knew that they weren't trying to take advantage of me or my situation. We replaced our water softener, and now my family is much happier! Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company. The plumbers are honest and capable of tackling any job, big or small. Helpful staff on the phones too. They’ve worked through complicated issues with a digital spa and identified the source of bathroom leaks. Highly recommended.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
