Our kitchen pipes burst during the cold freeze and they Halpin fit us in immediately even though they had quite a waitlist of emergency repairs. They are always professional, on time, clean, and explain in detail any work they do before they begin. Can’t recommend them enough!

10/29/19 (Gas Line Repair) : Just had Jolly out again for a different job. Daniel and another plumber (can't recall his name) came out to repair a gas leak. Duke shut off my gas two days ago and Jolly came out as soon as they could (less than 48 hours later) and got my gas line repaired and running again. I am extremely pleased with the turn around time as it is going to be quite cool overnight this weekend. We have a 3 month old infant in the house and I am very grateful for the work being done as quickly as it was, which kept us from being displaced from our home! Thanks again, Jolly!8/13/19 (Water Main Replacemen) : I hired Jolly to replace my main water line from the street. The plumbers were Scott and Steve and they were both awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient all while doing quality work. They even found a way to do it that saved my yard from being totally trashed by the excavation and I'm grateful for it. The only reason I'm knocking a star off is because it seems there was a miscommunication between the estimator, Saul, and the team. They didn't seem to know what the plan was when they got there and, once they figured out what it was, they told me they might not be able to do it because the line might not end up on my property, which is a possibility Saul did not discuss with me and I could have had a surveyor out to mark the property line in the gap between the estimate and the actual work. While it didn't have a negative impact, it could have and I would have been quite upset had they not been able to make the repair. Regardless of that blip, I am overall very pleased with my experience with Jolly. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Called at 5pm and DeShawn was here by 6pm. He was knowledgeable and explained how and what he was going to do. I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I will request him the next time! Excellent work.

I would HIGHLY MarkCo plumbing. They came to my house within a week to do an inspection/give an estimate when I was in the buying process. Then after closing on the house they were able to come out in less than a week again and get the work done. They worked efficiently, fixed everything beyond my expectations, and did it all for a great price. I have very limited experience with plumbers, but I can assure you that if another issue arises they will be the ones I call.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

After limping along for 15 YEARS with various plumbing problems, Roto-Rooter not only gave us a FREE Estimate but were quick to schedule and complete the work doing whatever they had to, staying late, getting parts, etc... within a timely fashion. I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.

Steve was out with in a day of me reaching out to jet our sewer. It was part of our inspection defect list to be repaired prior to closing he got it i handled for us quick.
