Halpin was on time, and Luke was our plumber. We had several issues in the house, and Luke carefully looked at each, and we discussed what should be done now, and how much it would cost. He was efficient and very friendly, with no pressure to do more than we wanted. The cost was as expected. I would definitely use Halpin again, and really liked that I was able to contact and book online. The communication prior to the appointment was excellent and greatly appreciated.

Within 2 hours of my call, He came with full load of equipment. He did an excellent job and clean the whole sewer pipe without additional charge. The faucet change was done flawlessly as well. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

7 years ago a man from Jolly replaced my water heater. He was very friendly and had the old one out and new one in, in less than 30 minutes.It cost between 7-800 dollars. & years and 1 month later, I have no hot water and called them again. The 2 guys told me it needed to be replaced and would cost me $1900. For a 50 gallon heater. Talk about price gauging.

As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
