I feel like I've had very good service from Schneller. The technicians have been very professional and courteous. I had one time that they missed a checklist item on a tune up and they sent a guy back the next day and made it right.

Requested repair first thing in the morning and help arrived by 2pm! The technician was knowledgeable, respectful, efficient and friendly. No one tried to sell us anything we didn’t need and the repair work/part was reasonably priced.

Tim was great! He was thorough, professional, and timely. I had new countertops, sinks, etc installed and planned to have a new garbage disposal. The new sink, however, is much deeper than the old one and Tim was honest about the complexity of the project, given the plumbing no longer aligned. He didn’t immediately call it quits though; he still tried to make it work without it turning into a more massive and costly job. In the end, it didn’t work unless I wanted to pay quite a bit more to redo the whole plumbing. I opted to not have a garbage disposal, but appreciate the effort he gave and the clear explanation.

Josh was excellent. He arrived early and made time for us when we’re most in need during a crazy heat wave. He was patient and explained all of our options leading us eventually to what was best for my wife and I. He was also funny and relatable. He got our install moved up a day so we could be comfortable again in our house sooner than originally planned. This guy is a real asset to this company. Plus he has great taste in horror movies…
