These people are awesome. I had a old and damaged shower faucet and cartridge I could find parts for anywhere else. The gentlemen in the store all came together and helped find all the parts I needed to repair my shower. I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing repairs or parts needed.

The service guys were very nice and professional. They seemed to be very thorough at their inspections.
The service agreement for $15.00 a month seems like a fair deal .

When I needed a garbage disposal removed and my sink repaired, I called G&K and asked for an estimate. They were friendly and professional, and their estimate was roughly the same as what every other place gave, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he'd said he would, and his work was excellent. It ended up costing less than they'd estimated. I'm very happy, and I'd call them again if I needed more work done.

Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Five stars for Ryan!!We came home from vacation on Christmas Eve and found our sewage had backed up. It was a mess but we called 1-Tom Plumber and got connected with Ryan. He was able to get us a same day service appointment and in fact arrived even hours before expected! He was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed our clog immediately. I cannot express what a lifesaver he was for us — especially on a holiday! He even contacted a water restoration company and got us connected with them for same day service. He went above and beyond our expectations. I will definitely call him again for any future issues.

Great people to work with and good communication.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

This plumbing company is very detailed. To let you know when the plumber is on the way. The plumber was very friendly and very knowledgeable. And very efficient as well. I would highly recommend them!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
