VERY PLEASED! We purchased a new water from this company through our plumber. The guys I talked to were very helpful in helping us decide which type and size water heater we needed. They were very patient with me as I didn't know anything about water heaters. They are now our new best supplier. I will be back.

Nick was very professional and helpful during his visit. He came in and got right to it while I was still able to work from home and fixed the issue so quickly. He was very nice and very much appreciate him being on time with our crazy schedules!

Great service, super knowledgeable

Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd
