I purchased the hydro-cleaning service (Did I get that right?) to correct an old plumbing problem that had plagued my house for years. My plumber was quick and professional. He arrived earlier than the appointed time after calling ahead to advise me. And when he was finished, he left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived--even though I told him not to worry about it.

Chris showed up on time . He was efficient and finished the job quickly without leaving a mess to cleanup. I have used many plumbers in the past but Chris has converted me to Bill Howe for life. Thanks for a job well done!

Pablo responded to my phone call about our plumbing issue around 10pm, he was immediately responsive even during late hours. He offered to come fix the issue right away, but I let him know we don’t mind waiting until the morning. Him and his coworker arrived exactly when they said they would, called and gave me a 30 minute notice and were friendly while completing the task. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and sanitized the space where the plumbing problem took place. 5 stars for Fuentes plumbing and drain!!!

My girlfriends parents were coming to town and it was my first time meeting them, and sure enough my shower drain AND my toilet were clogged for unknown reasons. (My gf now knows to not put q-tips down the drain) Called WestPro and the gentleman arrived within 30 mins and even with the deep clog, was able to have it fixed in 10mins. We had an pipe get cut by the Fence guy installing a post. He fixed it and said we would be good until the next day.
