Max came out to fix my toilets they were making a really loud noise for months. It didn’t take him long to figure out the problem and get the stuff to fix it. He was very friendly and professional. Max was awesome! He came to my home after hours to diagnose an emergency plumbing problem that I had. Previous to calling Coastal Rooter and tried various plumbers, but many of them where closed or didn’t have availability until another day. By far the best plumber in Chula Vista! Max and his crew were thorough and professional in their work, I was dealing with toilets backing up due to roots in the main line ( total nightmare) and they got it handled quick, fast, and in a hurry. Will definitely use them again if I ever encounter more plumbing issues in the future.

I called coastal rooter to unclog my drain line that was backing up in my yard, max was very nice and exspained to me the problem was heavy roots I have called plumbers before to clear line but line would always back evey 2 to 3 months Max gave me a great price to clear all the roots with a jetter unit and gave me a year warranty if line ever back up within the year he would come out for free I recommend coastal rooter for all my plumbing needs

Outstanding service! Coastal Rooter definitely came to the rescue when we had a gas leak! Sewage Leak, and old pipes needed to be replaced. A friend referred us to this company. Max came out and gave us a reasonable quote. He did drywall, gasoline repair and installed a Water heater. It was a complex install do to a bollard post in front of the water heater. (it was a tight fit)..Max and tteam managed to get the waterheater installed. Awesome job!

I left my residence for 3months. Came back and there was water everywhere. Although it was an awful surprise I was very pleased with the experience provided by Coastal Rooter. The staff was professional, efficient, hardworking (stayed 14hrs on one of the days), respectful, friendly and was very affordable (Provided me with discounts) . All great stuff to say about them.
