We had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. First a bathtub faucet and then a pressure regulator.
The faucet took so doing just for the parts but Abe, the plumber found then and we are good to go. The other issue was the pressure regulator. We had others give us estimates much higher than we were given plus Abe upgraded out shutoff valve making it easier to shut off our water if we need to get n the future.
Abe was very thorough in his work and very carefully explained everything he was doing. Very pleased with Professional Plumbing and Abe.

Prompt service. Tech Ricardo showed up early. Gave a good estimate on the clogged toilet. Started unclogging but the problem is further down. Toilet has to be removed. Ricardo gave a new and still fair estimate. Finally he pulled out a bunch of paper from pipe and problem is solved. Placed back the toilet with new wax ring and resealed the floor. Restroom was very clean when he called me for inspection. Strongly recommend Premier Rooter and Plumbing!!

A few years after my first and second review. Now giving my third. Don't hesitate to use Premier. Another stellar performance and good price for a backed up kitchen sink. I was given a 2-hour service technician arrival window. That arrival window was only 2 hours from the time I phoned them. And since it was a toilet issue, I was super happy that the technician phoned to say he would be about an hour early. I had thought that the clogging of my toilet was at least as bad as usual in my-year-old house. But the technician could see that it was merely toilet paper and didn't make it seem worse than it was just to get my money. I was not charged for him coming out. With that honesty, I was able to unclog it myself. Because of the honesty, I would call them again for another issue because I don't believe they would upsell me unethically.

Premier Rooter and Plumbing arrived on time, was straight forward, assessed the issue, tackled it and got the job done and for a fair and reasonable price. Will definitely call again if the need arises. Thank you!

He was friendly upfront and was here within 30 mins. Stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory before he left (this was at 8:30pm on a weekend). For me personally I would recommend putting them in your contacts BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW when your going to need help.

Came back from my workout to some water on bathroom floor. Assumed it was the wax ring of toilet. Being a Saturday and not an urgent emergency, I was not expecting same day service. Called Premier and when they called back to set up appt, they told me they had opening mid afternoon. By 5pm, all was repaired. Technician cleaned up everything so you would not even know there was a repair performed.
I hope I don't need them, but will use them again if needed.

Had to get our backed up kitchen sink fixed. Thanks to Premier Rooter & Plumbing our sink is back to running great!! Abe and his cowoker did a great, efficient and quick job. Great understanding, flexible and reliable

I had a sluggish shower drain that seemed to get worse with every shower. This started a couple days after I had the shower walls and shower deck retiled and entire bath renovated by a contractor. In that I never had the drain problem before, and I could have run a snake myself, however, I feared mortar must have got in the pipes and wanted a thorough rotor rooter with the holidays coming up and family coming in from out of town. I hired Premier Rotor & Plumbing via Home Advisor. It was a sound decision and happy I did. Once I hired Premier, R & P for the job, everything went smoothly and timely. Coordination on arrival and who onsite tech would be was all done via text. John C from Premier R & P arrived as advertised, even earlier. Very customer oriented. Provided sound and sensible analysis of problem and the solution. I was impressed with his professionalism and demonstrated skills. I would definitely hire them again. I have already had John do an appraisal for a job I wanted done after the Holidays. Thanks for job well done.

Larry came out today to fix two bathroom sinks that had been clogged for over a year. He was on time, professional, and explained everything he would be doing ahead of time. As a woman, I felt safe and in good hands, and was honestly blown away at his professionalism, knowledge, efficiency. The entire process took about an hour. Highly recommend!

They did a camera inspection of my sewer pipe. I expected to get ripped off and I was not. These guys are honest, use them!!

Great service and in depth explanation on my problem. I called for a non-emergency and scheduled a team to arrive at my house the following morning. Ricardo Sandoval called before he came to my house and arrived at the exact time as expected. He was very friendly and quickly asked questions and found the problem with my drainage. Within 30 minutes, Ricardo had a crew working and cleaned plus fixed my problems. I had some other concerns and asked if they can review and quote for a future job, as I feel comfortable with the fact that they will do a professional and thorough job.

Happy that it was fixed within 5 minutes but surprised it cost $187 to unclog a toilet with an auger and that’s with the $69 initial fee waived. The plumber asked if I wanted him to clean up the area but was advised there would be an additional cleaning fee added. No parts replaced but had some recommendations and quotes of other areas of the house. Just felt it was a bit pricey.

Showed up quickly at night and resolved our main blockage quickly for a reasonable price with a 30 day warranty. Friendly as well!

I called Premiere plumbing Monday morning about 7:30 a.m.
They were at my house within 2 hours even though it was not an emergency.
Delbert was quick, efficient and very professional. He was even nice to my doggies!
He replaced my old garbage disposal and cleaned out the drain.
I hope I won't need you guys again any time soon, but if I do, I'll know who to call.

All of us get cheap offers for drain clogs in the mail. When they arrive suddenly their cheap price goes up. There's a reason companies that advertise on TV up price your problems. Premier Rooter ^ Plumbing was very honest - If I didn't like the bid they would leave no charge. Scheduled a job for 2 indoor drains and the big drain - garage- washing machine.
I could track where they were - great technology and Josh showed up on time. Great guy - (33 years of dealing with thousands of people in education gives me a little edge for honesty I think) Diagnosed my problems and gave me a bid - I said go for it and he spent probably close to 2 hours fixing my problems. At the conclusion made sure I was satisfied and told me about guarantee. Great service, prompt, knowledgable, listened to me. Yes cost was more expensive than the mailers, but the famous saying you get what you pay for certainly applies here!

Had a clogged main sewage line. Made the call that morning and cleared the blockage with ease that same day. Not only that, they showed me video of the internal pipe/sewage system, explained pros and cons of my current situation, and what I should do to prevent further blockages and how to improve my plumbing/drains in my house.

We identified a plumbing issue in our office around 3:00 on a Tuesday afternoon. We contacted Premier plumbing and they came within the hour. They not only diagnosed the problem but immediately did some troubleshooting and addressed a bigger issue in a timely fashion. I rarely bother to give ratings, but I feel that I am obliged to do it this time. I hired Premier Rooting & Plumbing to repair my old two-piece toilet, and when they couldn't remove the top piece because it was stuck so hard, they replaced it with a new Toto toilet (the part that broke was not available) and only charged me their original quote to repair the old one. I was so surprised that they offered to do this. All other plumbers I know would have insisted that I pay the full price to replace with a new toilet.

I highly recommend them and I will use them myself the next time I have a plumbing issue...

Mike was great very professional estimate and assessment of the problem was spot on. High def video of damage to main sewage pipe was great I could see for myself how bad it was. Work was completed in half the day I thought it would take days. His staff was very quick to work with us got us scheduled with no problem. Called at 7:45 in the evening as we had a shower that had broken and we couldn’t turn off the water. Delbert was very professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. He replaced pieces on my leaky outdoor sink faucet easily and was able to pick up the parts the very same day where others told me they'd have to order them and I'd have to wait. The price was much more reasonable than others that quoted me via texts and pictures and I appreciate this business takes time to actually send someone out to look at the issue in person.
I also received helpful information on my water softener and was sent quotes I requested for future projects in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using Premier again for any future plumbing projects.

I have used them many times, they advise you of risk when your pipes/home is old before they start a thing. Allowed me to choose which way I wanted to proceed, whenever your dealing with 60/70 yr old pipes it's a risk. I knew what I was getting into and moved forward and again got lucky. But it was refreshing first time I used them.

I needed a plumber, so I went on Yelp, and posted my job request. Within minutes I had 5 responses. I chose Premier Rooter and Plumbing after reading their reviews and talking with them on the phone. They came out that same day and gave me an estimate and we liked it and they fixed it. All done within a few hours after posting on Yelp. The problem was all the parts in the toilet tank were old, which made the toilet run a lot. I like that they gave me 2 estimates. One for rebuilding the tank, and another for replacing the toilet. We chose the rebuilding. They got it done fast, and they were clean and professional. Everybody that I spoke with were very nice and kind and polite. I like that they are a family owned business. Next time I need a plumber I will be calling Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Great people, good price, professional, clean, friendly and fast.

I sent a request for service through their website. They responded promptly. Set up appointment for the same day. Got straight to work. Friendly people! Definitely will use them again!

The HOA required all of us in the condominium complex to change our valves connected to the washing machine... however it will cost us $450 or more so we decided to get a different plumber company to do the work.. we called them and they responded and send their agent immediately.. it only took them less than an hour to do the job and we saved $150 which really great!

I was turning the water valve behind the toilet off and it was old and popped off. Water started shooting out. I started calling plumbers based on location on Google maps. It was a Saturday and most weren’t answering or available. Premier answered and was there in under an hour. They also gave me a 2 year warranty on the work they did. Abe fixed the valve and was done within 30 minutes. He was very professional and kind. I’m very grateful, as i was emptying a container of water every five minutes.

Professionally very knowledgeable, pleasant and personable. Explained what needs to be done and why when presenting the estimate. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Left the job site better looking than it was when they arrived AND their price was more affordable than other quotes.

This was another awesome experience. The work was explained in great detail and in terms that were easily understood. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally. The repairman arrived a few minutes early which was great. With service like this I will continue to use them for my plumbing and repair needs.

I purchased the hydro-cleaning service (Did I get that right?) to correct an old plumbing problem that had plagued my house for years. My plumber was quick and professional. He arrived earlier than the appointed time after calling ahead to advise me. And when he was finished, he left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived--even though I told him not to worry about it.

Called on Saturday and was scheduled for Sunday with no premium charge, can't beat that, I had Salvador, he was awesome, polite and really professional. My drain must have been really clogged because not only did he have to use a 75' snake and it took quite awhile, he got the job done, cleaned up the mess and didn't leave until he was positive the job was done.. the price was more than reasonable , they aren't like Plummer's I've had many over the years and this has been the Best one so far.. call these guys, you won't be sorry... now it's fixed so I guess I have to do the dishes now!!' I worked with John to get my waterheater replaced. The last time we bought a waterheater was over ten years ago. John explained all of the code changes that occurred within the time, and then worked quickly and efficiently to change out the waterheater. He is very personable and knowledgeable about plumbing. I am happy to say that I now have a reliable plumber that I can all on that is reasonable, knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and shows up on time.

Finally have found our go to plumber. Have been trying out plumbers for years and never going back to same one. Well the search is over. Raul came right on time the same day as I called, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and then actually only charged me the quoted rate! Excellent!!

Hands down, the best plumbing experience I have ever had.

First of all, Premier was responsive and available for an appointment next day. They gave me a window of 2-4pm and sent me a text and call at 2:30 to confirm the tech was in route (with tracking info included). It seems like they really care about their customer experience.

As for the service, we had the pleasure of having Larry out onsite at our house to perform an inspection of some shower drains that were draining slowly. He was friendly, personable, and it was an overall great experience for us as a customer. He walked me through what he was doing when testing the system and was thorough in explaining what might be going on in my system and what could be causing the issues. He unclogged the drains and ensured everything was functioning properly. He also provided suggestions on what we could do to help prevent the issues in the future and did not try to upsell us on services that we did not need.

That is exactly what we were looking for in a plumber, someone reliable and trustworthy. Because of Larry's integrity and helpfulness, we will 100% be calling Premier back for our next plumbing issue!

My sewer water started to back up in shower, tub and commodes. I called Premier Rooter & plumbing at 7 AM today and they arrived at 10 AM. In 1hour and 30 minutes they cleaned my sewer lines all the way to the City Sewer man hole. Delbert was great, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have supervised construction projects for 30 years and have I have seen the best and the worst contractors. Premier Rooter & Plumbing is the best plumbing contractor I have ever dealt with. They where honest, smart and all around great people, from management to their workers. After calling many plumbing contractor's that where just going thru the motions, I found the only Plumbing Contractor I will ever use. She was very professional and had someone come out with in 30 minutes and the gentlemen that arrived was the name of John Calderson ..... Very professional and didnt try to sale me on buying stuff i didnt need and knocked out the job in a really short period of time. Was on time for his appointment and I could tell he knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to anybody if you need work to be done .... There company are very military friendly and helpped me out with giving me a break with the bill. Happy hoildays to him and to who ever is the boss of this gentlemen better give him a raise ..... Young people with great trade skills are very hard to find now adays ....! The day we heard the leaking pipe in the laundry room cement floor Premiere came immediately. After the exact location of the leak was detected, they got to work figuring out what was the least invasive way to access the leak. They repaired the leak and finished the project the same day. They cleaned everything up after they were done and returned everything in the laundry room to it’s original place. Their estimate was very fair. We had never used their services before but will call them again when we have plumbing problems!

Omg please stop looking for shady plumbers who charge an arm and a leg and call Premier. I needed to pass an inspection regarding some plumbing work under my kitchen sink. When Ricardo & his team came, they were professional, polite, and respectful. They saw that there was actually no need to repair anything, that they can't repair something that's not broken! Had a water main break so I dug it up and exposed the problem for easy access. Then I called these guys who showed up promptly, no complaints there.

As you can see in the photos, the work was made super accessible and all they had to do was make 2 cuts in the top PVC for easy access to the tee, replace the tee joint and couple the PVC back together, simple pipe work.

The quote was $974. I asked what the labor rate was and he said $240 an hour. Aside from the fact that most lawyers don't charge that much, this is CLEARLY NOT a 4 hour job at any rate. He came down to $750 to replace a piece of pipe.

It took me 2 hours and I'm not a plumber. Watch out for these guys, they'll steal you blind.

Left my house to get needed parts, returned when he said he would and installed the parts. I got a fair price for the work. Great customer service. I called Premier Plumbing. Delbert came in and first replaced a bathroom cartridge that was preventing our toilet tank from filling up. I noticed water coming out of a drain plug and my shower had about 3 inches of standing water. I needed a plumber fast. Within 30 minutes they were at my front door ready to work. Ruben cleared the main line clogged and Ricardo showed me the issue with the camera. He said i might continue having issues so he spent about 1/2 hour locating where pipes run and where this 'valve' was that may cause issues. Will call again when i have plumbing issues

Mike (the owner) actually answered the phone, and they were able to fit us in for a completely plugged drain cleaning 3 days before Thanksgiving right before we were leaving town and having a neighbor in to take care of our animals! The technicians equipment was faulty so Mike actually came to our home and helped him finish the job!! Over and above the call of duty, but we were able to relax in knowing we were not leaving our neighbor or animals in the lurch.

Delbert replaced the water pressure unit outside my garage that was not functioning properly. His explanations were clear and easy to understand. He also checked out all my toilets, faucets and shut off valve’s (at my request) to make sure proper pressure was restored and everything was functioning properly, and there were no sign of leakage. He even showed me the bad water pressure unit and how it was all rusty inside. That thing was only replaced in March this year (2022) by someone in our association who claimed he has replaced many before in our complex. I think I got cheated back then. Thankfully Delbert found the problem and was able to fix it the same day! Thanks Delbert!!

Prompt service. Exceeded expectations. I had a leak behind the toilet. After repairing the leak, they fixed the pipe on the outside of the wall to prevent any further complications.

I called Premire Plumbing on recommendation from my brother who used them in an emergency at his house the week prior to the incident at my mother’s. My mother’s house is old so it requires yearly maintenance issues, after the Thanksgiving Holiday the sink in her garage developed a slow drain which eventually led to a blocked line, the sink in the garage is lowest point of the drain system at the house. I tried to clear it with a 25’ snake that I have and has normally taken care of the issue but not this time. I needed a professional, called Premire Plumbing after 3:00 on a Monday afternoon, they responded quickly, after an attempt to clear it was determined that a hydro jet would be needed in order clear the line of grease and sludge. I later found out that the sink had been used for cleaning Thanksgiving pots and pans and some other misuses as well. The hydro jet took care of the problem and I have a 6 month guarantee. The price was steep but I would call them back in heartbeat if necessary, very professional, experienced and hard working. I definitely got my money’s worth.

Delbert was the plumber that installed a halogen 5 water filtration system in my home. He is professional, knowledgeable and an excellent plumber. He also worked on 2 of my toilets that needed repair. I would definitely recommend Premier Rooter Plumbing because in addition to top quality service their prices are so much more reasonable than some other big name plumbing companies. I also recommend the water filtration system which eliminates the need for any plastic bottled water .

I called late in the evening needing emergency after hours service. Several companies didn’t answer my call or passed on the job, even though their websites stated 24/7 emergency services. Premier answered my call and had someone out in less than an hour. They cleared the main sewer line and did thorough testing before leaving to be sure we were good to go. The technician, Larry, was professional, communicative, and friendly.

Some pipes in my house were banging and making a racket whenever I used the washing machine or or hose in the back yard. I looked through Yelp reviews and Angie’s List and found Premier Rooter & Plumbing and I am very glad that I found them. Jesse came out to give me an estimate and after talking to him I felt very comfortable with letting him run the shows coworker showed up to help and in less than two hours the job was completed and no more banging. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs and will be calling them again for some renovations.

Mike M. was prompt returning my initial call. He came to my house the same day within a couple of hours. He assessed the water heater. It's been leaking water for days in the garage. Mike asked for the original paperwork on the unit and determined that it is still under warranty! He immediately called the manufacturer and within minutes got an approval and confirmation/authorization number to bring to Home Depot for a brand new one. There was some proration but very minimal. Mike was forthcoming on how much he will charge for total labor cost. Mike and his assistant and my husband went to Home Depot, brought the old water heater and exchanged for a brand new one. Mike even gave us a pan for free that he had in his truck. Overall, we are very satisfied with Mike's service and forthcomingness. We will highly recommend him to friends and family.

I broke a pipe in my backyard, luckily my neighbor knew how to turn off the water, because I had a 6 foot geyser. I called another plumber 1st, & after waiting 2 hours, I called them back & they told me they didn't have anyone available that day. My husband accidentally broke a sprinkler pipe. It was 730 pm. They said they would come within an hour, and they did. They were prompt, professional, handed me their business card, gave us a quote and stuck with it. They finished the work quickly. We have a year warranty on the repair. I had an intrusion of tree roots in a fifty foot landscaping drain which was completely clogged from draining.
