I have known Tyler for almost a year now. The first time I met him was on March of 2019 in my house. When he fixed the sink that was leaking in my masters bedroom and sprinkler. I was really impressed with his work ethics. He was so polite & respectful, sincere, honest, very professional in dealing with his clients and above all dedicated to his job. He always make it a point that his client understands & satisfied of the services he rendered before he leaves the house. Today he came to my house as scheduled to fix the shower. I was so amazed the way he does his job. Tyler is so knowledgeable & skillful of what he does in plumbing. He gets the job done earlier than I expect. He is an excellent plumber. Whenever I call him to fix something that is urgent he never let me down. He is always there to come to the rescue. I highly recommend Tyler to do plumbing in your house. You can’t go wrong with him. I've hired Tyler several times for troubleshooting and repairs. He's professional, courteous, knowledgeable and entirely competent. He's also fair and reasonable. My wife and I appreciated that he took the time to explain the problem we had, for example, with our tankless water heater, It turned out we needed a simple flush to remove scale from our hard water here in San Diego. Tyler Cervantes Plumbing has resolved several plumbing issues for me since I moved into my new house in August 2019. I hired Tyler initially to investigate some potential plumbing issues that came up during my home inspection. He thoroughly reviewed the plumbing in my bathrooms, even going under my house to check for any potential leaks. He prioritized the work and informed me there were actually fewer plumbing issues than I suspected, which saved me money.

I also had Tyler replace my water heater. He provided me with several options and explained the differences between the hot water heater and tankless water heater and the pros and cons of both. I’ve also called on Tyler for help as I’ve made improvements in my home.

Tyler Cervantes Plumbing was highly recommended by my neighbors on NextDoor so when we thought we had a pipe burst in the backyard we called him right away. He was at our place within the hour and discovered that the anti-siphon valve to an old, unused pipe had accidentally been turned on, causing the leaking. Turned that off and no more leaking! We were expecting to have to spend thousands of dollars in order to dig up the concrete and access the burst pipe. We are so grateful that he could make it out so quickly and troubleshoot this issue for us so easily. I highly, highly recommend Tyler and will absolutely be using him again in the future!

We used Tyler through our home warranty, they automatically dispatched him - he not only fixed the issue (pressure regulator) but he explained how to monitor it and prevent it happening in the future. Our home warranty ran out, we didn’t want to renew, and our water heater ended up leaking. Husband is deployed, I don’t know anything about plumbing (this is our first home) so he walked me through shutting it off and he promptly came out the next day and replaced the valve. He told us our water heater was old (17 years!), so he recommended buying a new one whenever we were ready. Two days later our water heater completely went, water was pouring off the porch from the top of the water heater as well as the bottom. He came out and fixed it immediately. He did us a favor and came out on a weekend! He installed an expansion tank because he knew about the high water pressure, and made sure to educate me about the new water heater and what I should look out for and what to do if something happens. We will be using Tyler for any of our future plumbing needs, he is knowledgeable and doesn’t have any hidden costs. I will be recommending him to anyone who’s looking for a reliable plumber!

We had an pipe get cut by the Fence guy installing a post. He fixed it and said we would be good until the next day.
