I was in the process of doing a bathroom remodel and part of the project was to remove the existing tub so I can install a new shower pan. Prior to the shower pan installation I needed to replace the existing tub drain with one that can accommodate a shower. With the replacement of the drain a previous plumber had installed an incorrect drain which wouldn’t work with the new shower pan.

When I contacted Rescue Plumbing to explain my situation they sent out Pete the very next day to remedy the situation. Both Pete and his protege, Noah, were super helpful in getting my situation resolved ASAP. Pete was professional, communicative, and super knowledgeable about what he needed to do to get the proper drain installed. I couldn’t be happier with Pete and Noah’s service and would highly recommend them to others. I feel comfortable in knowing that my shower drain has been installed properly and is ready for the installation of the new shower pan next week.

I needed a plumber for a broken kitchen sink drain system. Found this plumber on google and they were great! Even though it wasn’t urgent, they were able to fix the issue within 24 hours of when I called. They did a very thorough job doing the full plumbing inspection of our house and gave us some very informative feedback so we could make decisions on what to do. The work was all done really well, explained well and we feel better knowing all the plumbing in our house is in good condition. I think the yearly plumbing inspection is a great idea and I like how we get updates on the arrival of the technician and a picture of them so we know exactly what to expect.

I have now used Rooter Rooter two times. I originally tried to go with a privately owned company. I thought I would come out ahead that way. To my surprise I was not able to hire anyone in northwest Chicago that was privately owned. They either flaked on me or they never returned my phone calls. So, with both of my issues, I reached out to Rooter-Rooter. Both times they were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive. The first time I had an emergency on New Years Eve and they dispatched someone right away. The pricing was not a huge dent to my budget either. I am grateful for their service and will be using them again in the future.

Great plumbers! Eugene and Marin came to change my water heater. They did the job fast and clean with no mess on a affordable price. Will use them again in future. Highly recommended!!!

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly explained and resolved all of our issues. He was very professional a and even took time to clean up the site too. That was a plus.

Parked his work truck in an illegal parking zone and almost caused an accident in front of me. When I told him to move the truck, guy starts walking to my car acting tough like he’s going to fight me. Loser. Take your business somewhere else, if they don’t respect your neighbors they don’t respect your money.

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Our basement ceiling was leaking. We called Plumbers 911 and they arrived within (24) hours and identified the problem. They explained in laymen's terms what repairs needed to be done, the time frame and cost. They did an excellent job and the post clean up was amazing.

Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome. They unclogged it quickly and were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and I plan to use Rescue Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

I had a good experience with J Blanton and with Andrew and Drew specifically. The came quickly to replace a failed ejector pump last week and came free of charge for a follow up issue this week. They also gave me a useful tip unrelated to my repair.

How refreshing to have a business run in such a straightforward and professional manner. The girl on the phone was very nice and was very clear about how they operate. Our serviceman, who's name i don't remember, was just as nice and very clear about what he was going to do and for what price. Plus, my backed up drain is now running freely. What else can you ask for.

John Love and his team quickly stepped in to diagnose and repair multiple breaks in my main sewer line. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt, thorough, and incredibly conscientious of not causing a disturbance to my tenants. The price was fair and the work was quickly completed -including the permit process.
