Best Water Leak Repair Plumber in Chicago IL

Had a failed injector pump AND backup, and let’s just say it wasn’t pretty. 9pm at night Dex (plumber) came out and found the issue in 5 min. A few hours later all cleaned up and fixed. He was amazing! Super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Walked me through what was needed every step of the way. Made a miserable experience very bearable.

Eraldi was very professional, and great at his job. Rotorooter was very busy today, but made sure to communicate with me on an expected arrival time. Eraldi was prompt, and curteous. He performed the job fairly quickly, ran multiple tests to ensure the work was done correctly. The cost of the job was discussed prior to work beginning, paymemt process was quick and painless. I would definitely use rotorooter again.
