I had a new water heater put in and it turned out great. The owner Jan came out and evaluated what had to be done because it was a lowboy type of heater and it needed to be measured also the outdated pipes needed to be replaced. George, an expert plumber and a really nice professional person, came here and did such a great job. He came out before and fixed a severe clog we had in the kitchen sink down to the basement and we also had Vanguard fix a pipe under our porch that busted over the winter. So that’s 3 times and each time we were pleased and. I recommend Vanguard Plumbing for great service.

Needed a sewer backup prevention system installed. Upon recommendation from a neighbor, I called Rob West Plumbing. I was able to speak with Rob right away, and the next day he came to the house to talk about what system might work best for my needs. We settled on a system and a price, and the work started the next day. Upon completion, the project came in at the agreed on price.

His crew was polite, professional, and got the work complete on time. One thing I liked about dealing with this company was the fact that there was a constant line of communication with Rob, the owner of the business.

Chris and his associate (feel terrible, don’t remember the name!) we’re amazing. We had an issue with water leaking into our below neighbors from our bathroom. They were able toCome out the next day, diagnose the problem and quickly fix. They were super professional, knowledgeable and a plus for dealing with our very excited dog. I reached out to Apex Plumbing & Sewer Inc. a few days ago for two clogged drains in my building. What was explained to me as a routine rodding quickly turned into a flooded kitchen and water damage to my basement.

Apex refuses to accept responsibility for the water damages caused by their technician ($1,700) and instead offered me a credit of $150. I refused their offer and will be perusing alternative means of compensation for their damage.

I was fortunate enough to take video and photo evidence of damages at the time of the accident and will use them to help defend myself. In addition, I made sure the technician documented the water damage in the plumbers report.

I believe that a competent plumber would have understood of this risk while the work was being preformed, explained this risk to a homeowner, and provide an opportunity for the homeowner to accept the risk before beginning the work.

I hope this review helps other homeowners make their own decisions on whether or not they should choose Apex Plumbing & Sewer Inc. for plumbing services.

In response to your reply below, I never told you anything about other plumbers coming to my place, let alone 13 other plumbers! You were the first plumber I contacted. And you did not tell me that you could not make it. You sent me a text asking for my address and I responded with the address but you didn't show the next day.

They Installed a new system in April but we had never used the heat until last late night. It did not task and when I contacted around 8:30 this am they set up to come out by or before noon. He came at 10:00. friendly and proceeded outside to check the unit. Found the problem and fixed it within ten minutes. After asking if there was anything else he could help us with went on to his next call. recommend.

They do good work, but the amount they up charge is unbelievable. Here are their rates: $198 for the first hour; $89 for each 1/2 hour after. I was charged for 2 1/2 hours of labor.

I had a plumbing job at 7 am and he spent 20 mins figuring out the situation. The plumber says he needs to get the part. I have camera footage of him leaving at 7:23 am and he comes back at 9:03 am with the part. He takes 10 mins to complete the installation and he’s out of my house at 9:15. I don’t receive an invoice until 3 weeks later (they used to give it to you on the spot) and this plumber writes his time out as 9:30 am. He has the audacity to upcharge me another 1/2 hour when he already billed me while he was out of my house for over an hour and a half from 7:23 to 9:03 am.

*edit: they made things right and gave me a credit, but still don’t think the plumber should’ve done that to me

We've used Loves Plumbing & Sewer a few times (severely clogged toilet, new water heater, new sump/ejector and a leaking pipe above our kitchen) and have been VERY happy! We had two plumbing companies come out to give us an estimate on a job. Benjamin from Apex was extremely professional and courteous and provided an estimate extremely quickly. The second company came out and we asked them a few questions about what Benjamin had told us and they were completely unable to answer they also didn’t provide a timely estimate. Apex and Benjamin are excellent plumbers and business people as they get the job done with the upmost professionalism. Additionally, I was home with a newborn baby who was a little fussy and Benjamin had a tip on how to hold her to calm her down. Thanks, Apex and Benjamin!
