Andre (Technician 8971) was the technician who arrived at my house for a PD inspection with the city. Appreciated that he arrived early to have everything setup so that when the city inspector arrived, everything was ready to go. He was professional and courteous, and he worked well with the city inspector. Appreciated the ability to also pay by credit card.

I highly suggest working with Vanguard Plumbing and Sewer. I came to them with an enormous list of issues that piled up during the last two years and they were able to tackle them quickly with quality and care. I had: a leaky shower, a broken tub faucet, needed to replace the showerhead, remove a pedestal sink and replace it with a new sink and cabinet, replace broken valves on said sink, install a bidet and replace a kitchen p-trap. They were able to work efficiently despite my awful building management dropping the water shut off twice... and also communicate issues to this layman so I was always aware of what was being done. I also wanted to note; I have a trash immune system and have to take a bunch of immunosuppressants which is not a great mix in a pandemic. I requested we all wear masks while they were in my place and they respectfully obliged. This act and care was so so appreciated. Thank you!

Thought it was ejector pump that needed replacing, but it was only the valve. Honest, professional service. Will use this company again. Highly recommend!

I would for sure go with Go-Rooter if I ever have an issue again. Juan was super nice, friendly, and very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what my issue was in a detailed manner and answered all my questions. He even went back to get another part to make sure that the problem wouldn't persist. There was an additional issue the next day and he came back out immediately for a fair price and addressed the problem.

We used Loves for a leak in a pipe that was causing damage in our living room. I can’t say enough great things about the work that was completed. Our phone call was quickly responded to on a Saturday. He answered all our questions and explained as he worked. He protected all the surface areas in the work area and cleaned up after he completed the job. He was thorough and tested and retested until he was sure the problem was fixed. My sinks stopped draining and I assumed It was a main line issue. When he arrived he took time to run the water and find out the issue, which really was not the main line. All the plumbing is original to the house and I did not have a proper clean out so he added one after clearing the clog. I really appreciate the recommendation so I am prepared for the future. All was done for a very fair price and as scheduled! I Highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

Had a plumbing issue and they kept delaying on when they would show up for our appointment all day. The last time they said oh we couldn't get there until 8:00 p.m. is that okay and we said sure that's fine we just wanted to get this handled and then they never showed up and never called or texted after that. Terrible service.
