The central drain line for our single family home was completely clogged as we were preparing to leave for an overnight trip. Yuri was quick to respond in the early morning hours on a Saturday, arrived by 8:30 am, and was able to cut through the roots that had migrated through joints in the clay tile drain pipe. Camera inspection confirmed that there was no structural damage to any of the pipe sections. Service was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Many thanks!

A basement flooding after rain storms and a simple catch basin pump out and cleaning resulted in other issues causing the flooding. Turns out my mainline was clogged so then l had them rod it out but issue still persistent because water did not drain after rodding, Jeremy was persistent and wasn't gonna leave me like that so he brought out the pressure jetter and it got the clog out all the way to the sewer and water level returned to normal, also gave me a deal to include the jetting price for the pumping and rodding price at no extra, l was so grateful

Called about a leaking toilet. Chas was on site in an hour, problem was diagnosed right away, work was done quickly, all for a fair price. Everyone I've talked to at Apex, on the phone and in person, has been nothing but friendly and professional. I've used Apex twice now and they will continue to be my go-to plumber. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the overall service. The guy(Carlos) they sent was trustworthy and showed enthusiasm to do a good job in the fastest time possible. I needed a new shower installed asap and they got the job done within a week of my initial call. Pablo the owner was very professional and answered my calls as well as texts when I ever needed to reach out during the week the job was done. If you are needing a new shower and are looking for efficient, quality service for a good price I would highly recommend using this company.

Had an overall positive experience using Drain Works to fix a leak issue in my condo unit. It can be stressful finding the right plumbing service but they made the whole process very smooth. Due to their expertise they were able to locate the issue immediately and solve the issue at an affordable price. Quality plumbing, good prices.

Horrible:
- Arrived very late. Service was scheduled for 10am, and they didn't arrive until 12pm. No time window was provided, either
- Unresponsive. The manager was supposedly always in a meeting and couldn't answer the phone
- Lack integrity. While the plumber was present and had already inspected the issue, I was told a repair would require switching a standard Chicago faucet. An hour later, the story was switched to needing a special order faucet

Great company to call if you have a problem with your plumbing. Seriously. They’ve been around a long time & their experience shows. I will definately call next time.
