My water heater was leaking so I called this business on a Saturday afternoon and they said someone would be out later that day. No one showed up, no one called, never heard from them.

I found this company from Google and it had good reviews. I was in need and just kept my fingers crossed while I dialed the number... needless to say, the reviews were sooooo right!!!! I can’t thank them enough! Everything went great and the entire team was so nice and helpful! I REALLY hope you give them a call. They truly deserve all the praise and good business that they can handle! No complaints at all!

After our water heater went out, we asked around for recommendations and Drain Works came up. We gave them a call and they were quick to show up. They weren't pushy or rude and the cost seemed reasonable to us so we went ahead and said yes and we don't regret our choice. Highly recommend them!

Shoddy workmanship and customer service, you get what you pay for. They will mess something up inevitably and good luck getting them to fix it. They have many company names and several complaints with the BBB. I just wish I would have known that before I used them. BIG MISTAKE!

We had a very bad experience with Ashland Plumbing when Ron came out to connect a refrigerator water line and check a seal on a toilet. At Ron's suggestion we also replaced all of the inner mechanisms in the toilet tank (flappers, valves, et cetera) on two Toto toilets as a preventative maintenance measure. Turns out after connecting the fridge, Ron never turned the water back on. After we figured this out and turned the water back on, we discovered that the connection Ron made leaked. Also, the toilet that was working fine when Ron arrived, was now running non-stop since the replaced the innards. We had him come back out and he charged us for fixing his error with the refrigerator and the toilet. They also charged not just for the time he was here, but for the driving time from their shop. Less than $150 in materials and $900 in labor. When we objected to the fee for the second service trip, they were very argumentative, rude and unaccommodating. Be aware that they will start charging $166/hour when they get in their vehicle and not when they arrive.

Sadly I cannot give zero stars. Anywho, our dishwasher was clogged and the pump sounded to be overworking. This led to a bad smell in the dishwasher after use and standing water, not to mention it wasn't drying the dishes either. All of this was explained on the phone to DP&S as well as telling them no additional water damage or issues near the dishwasher or sink existed. They disregard all initial information given to them and send out a guy who does absolutely nothing besides corroborate what we had already told them. All he does is give us the name of someone that can fix it.We are then charged $75 a couple days later via a mailed invoice. I call in and talk to Bonnie. I explained my situation and that I think it's unreasonable for me to have to pay. I do this in a calm, professional manner as a way to hopefully get to a resolution that works for both sides. Bonnie responds with Oh, so you don't want to pay?!?! and then promptly hangs up.Unbelievably terrible service and just mean-spirited, unprofessional people. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Bonnie, I hope your day ends better than it started. Cheers.UPDATE: owner's response back is all you need to know. Good day to you.
