Best Unclog Garbage Disposal in Chicago IL

I used Rescue Plumbing to replace a broken garbage disposal. Loga came the next day to take a look and give me a quote, and I was then able to schedule Vincent and Lobo to come out and do the installation. Everyone was very polite and respectful and they did a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were, I was able to get the disposal replaced very quickly. Definitely recommend them!

Tony was super helpful and was able to find my clean out even though it was partially hidden and camouflaged in the dirt. I would recommend him to anybody needing plumbing work done.

By far the best service experience in 25 years of home ownership. Pablo and his company are prompt, courteous and remarkably efficient! They just recently came out on the New Year holiday weekend. One call and one service trip and the problem was resolved. They have even walked me through fixes over the phone to stop emergency problems. Joe has been amazing! He really went above and beyond to help us. We had a faucet break, but with a very complicated problem as the valves to turn off the faucets were inside of the wall and not under the sink. Joe came out and figured out what needed to be done, he installed new faucets and valves down below so we had a normal sink system. He worked so hard and even stopped by the next day to help us with something small. On top of that, Joe has been easy to work with, timely, responsive and just overall a great guy. We are so happy we worked with him! We've already recommended him to our neighbors and are planning the next project he can help us with. Thanks Joe!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I can save a singe customer from the experience I have had over the past month! I had a pipe burst around Christmas and this service came out to defrost my pipes. Since they responded I decided to use them for a rerouting. The plumber was not only late but showed up at 7pm and stayed till midnight rerouting. The plumber had to come back several days later to finish the installation because my contractor had to redo some framing. One of the laundry valves they installed leaked and it took the plumber several days to come out, however the valve was never replaced. Like others have said, the owner is in a meeting, little to no response, and after almost a week of no shows and no communication, a different plumber showed up (after I started to request return of payment) and installed a wash tub hook up that was supposed to be done at the same time as the laundry, as he was leaving I said there is a leak and he told me he had spilled water. Pipe was still leaking about 2 hrs later I called them to come back… the plumber tried to tell me it was “ground water leaking” until I pointed out the leak in the cold water valve they had installed the week prior. This is how they left my new drywall…. I’m praying their work holds up but am skeptical! Please save yourself the headache and heartache! Hopefully their contract holds up if there is any further issue!

Company was assigned via my home warranty service. They came and assessed my water heater, and didn't give me any insight to the issue and just left and never got back to me! I eventually got hold of them 3 days later after leaving messages, texts and calls. when the owner spoke to me, they were so rude and believed they didn't owe me an update until they had spoken to the insurance company, not even just a basic diagnostic on what the issue was. i cancelled the work order and went to a more professional company!
