I'm in the process of purchasing a 3rd floor unit which just happens to be having the vertical risers replaced by the HOA and Rob took time out of his very busy day to explain the work he is doing and how it is personally going to affect and fix my unit's current water issues. Very happy with the service provided by Goode Plumbing. For months we hot water coming from all of our cold water taps and hot water even filled our toilet. After replacing our hot water heater pump did not fix our problem (though the pump needed to be replaced badly), Chris and Joe from Goode investigated our shower to find a significant leak. This created a loop of hot water throughout the condo, giving us hot water any time we flushed or turned on the cold water. It took a while and a couple of service calls to figure out where the problem was coming from, but once the problem was located, it was fixed efficiently and cleanly. Couldn’t be happier to finally have this problem (which other plumber could not figure out) fixed. All Goode employees I dealt with on the phone and in my home were very friendly, professional and patient in answering my many questions. Pricing was fair as well.

Edwin was quick, kind, and knowledgeable. Super fast, super responsive after a lot of flooding in the area, and our shower works!

John was great from the beginning. Before we even hired him, I sent John some pictures of some work my neighbor was having done very close to my property line and John came out that day to make sure the other company wasn't interfering with anything on my end and he was actually able to get the city inspector over the same day just to double check the neighbors work as well. As far as my work goes, John and his guys did amazing work. Only took them 2 days to finish installing a flapper(parital flood control system) in my front yard. I would 100% recommend John @ Loves Plumbing and Sewer. I am actually going to hire him again soon to install plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.
