He makes every effort to come out as soon as possible, clearly explains the work necessary, and then bills us fairly for what he’s done. His work is always high quality, and we can rely on the repairs that he’s done. Having the plumbing system go out in the house is stressful, but knowing that Danny and Rocket Plumbing are there improves a difficult situation.

Aidan was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He resolved our toilet clog in a matter of minutes, and while he was here helped us with a gas issue for an installation of a new washer and dryer.

Contacted him to fix one of my tenants shower control cartridges. Gave him tenants contact information. Tenant told me he rescheduled and never showed up. I contacted him to see if he was going to show up and never got back to me.

Rescue Plumbing is great, and Logan and Djenkis are terrific! I called them with a semi-urgent plumbing issue, and they were able to fit me in right away. They were on time, professional and worked quickly to clear my drain. They patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. Power Plumbing replaced the failed wax ring which caused problems downstairs; they successfully dealt with the bad original installation of the toilet, unclogged the bathroom sink, and replaced parts which caused the toilet to run so often. I smiled as I wrote the check. Highest recommendation.

John Love and his team quickly stepped in to diagnose and repair multiple breaks in my main sewer line. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt, thorough, and incredibly conscientious of not causing a disturbance to my tenants. The price was fair and the work was quickly completed -including the permit process. John has won himself a customer for life, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

We had a totally collapsed catch basin by our patio, so Chuck at APEX came out and looked at it. They had rebuilt it in two days, even though it was raining hard the first day. I highly recommend APEX, and they they left the worksite spotless.

A few days ago I contacted Mike from Full Circle Plumbing & Sewer. He came out to our association in Lakeview as was fantastic! He was cordial & friendly not just over the phone, but in person. He was on-time, and, he wanted to ensure he got the lay of the land as he assessed our issue - wasn't cocky as though he knew everything. His experience, patience & professionalism showed as he took the time to explain our issue in layman's terms, but not in a condescending manner. I felt comfortable with him & strongly advise anyone to contact Mike to any of your plumbing needs!
