The guys accomplished the job, a clogged drain, but there is some serious price gouging going on here. $546 for a clogged drain that took 20 minutes to snake. Entire visit was about 1 hour including chatting and billing. Wanted them to look at a 2nd bathtub drain mechanism and tried to sell us on snaking that drain also for another $340.I might expect to see these rates nights or weekends, but this was a weekday at 9am, normal business hours.My parents found this company without shopping around, please do your homework and ask before you select someone. In my past experience I've paid around $100-150 all up to snake a drain, at most $250 to snake an extra long run of 80' out to the street

I called Matt on Memorial Day morning and within a couple hours he took time away from his family and came over and fixed a plumbing issue with our bathtub faucet - a heavy leak that required turning the water off to the whole house. He arrived on time (despite the short notice on a holiday!), was very nice, pleasant, and professional, and fixed the problem in no time. And the price was quite reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling him again should another plumbing issue arise. Don't look anywhere else for your plumbing needs. Our hot water went out on a Saturday afternoon. After calling around to try and get ahold of someone in our area, I tried calling CJ Plumbing and got a response right away. I was told someone could come out first thing on Sunday morning. This was shocking to me, as I assumed I wouldn't be able to get anyone until Monday. I am so thankful for Demitry at CJ Plumbing & Heating. He was able to fix our problem quickly and he was so kind and honest. Demitry and his team went above and beyond to make sure our issue was fixed. We now won't go anywhere else for our plumbing needs!

Would highly recommend this company. They are very professional, clean, respectful, and reasonably priced. They arrive on time, I mentioned I had pets and they were mindful to keep doors closed when coming in and out. They are also great with dealing with older homes and older equipment. Great professional service.

Not long after moving into a new home, we had water bubbling into the walls, through the door frame, and down the hallway upstairs. Accurate correctly diagnosed over the phone that it was an A/C condensation pipe that was causing it. They were then able to schedule someone to come find the root cause much sooner than other plumbers. (Turns out a Freedom Heating & Cooling tech inadvertently kicked a pipe loose while rummaging through the attic to fix our busted A/C a few days prior). Problem solved, and Walt at Accurate hooked us up with Chicago Water and Fire Restoration, who did a fantastic job repairing the affected areas.

Then another call to Accurate a month later, for two leaky sinks. Fast, friendly, very informative.

Then again a few months after that for a hyperactive sump pump. Turns out our mechanical room is filled with things not up to code that the home inspector didn't catch. Like PVC encased in a tonne of concrete. Walt and his associate worked in the cold rain for several hours, installing a backup sump pump, and performing forensics to demystify our Frankenplumbing. Once done he was patient enough to explain everything in lay-terms, made sure I knew what to watch out for in the future, made suggestions for a home generator to power the sump pumps, and provided low-cost options for later plumbing renovations.

Based on my experience, I can recommend without hesitation.
