Francisco and Brian were absolutely amazing. My wife and I needed an eroded drain pipe replaced and the team did it so incredibly well. I am a high school teacher and was teaching online classes at the time, but I did not even notice them here. Francisco and Brian went above and beyond to quickly complete the repair we needed.

Sam & Rick came to fix a broken pipe in my kitchen, super fast, very informative when they were finished and work was perfect. Called late Wednesday and they came Thursday morning, quick response and very professional.

The booster pump for my water began leaking so I called Apex in the morning. They arrived within 30 minutes and gave me a free estimate along with a few options for what I could do. I decided to have the pump replaced with a better model. They went to get the pump right away, returned and installed it all within a few hours. Chuck and Aiden did a great job and I highly recommend their work!

Juan solved my plumbing problem quickly and professionally. He gave regular updates on progress and quickly answered all questions I had. A definite recommend. Project: house sewer and drainage.

Service technician was knowledgeable and polite. My sink was unclogged. However your bank account will also be empty at the end of the service. Very over priced for a simple job. I only learned this after researching once the job was done. $499 for a simple unclogging. Didn't know that I could rent the same tool from home Depot's for a fraction of the price. Although the job was done, I would consider this unprofessional business practice. Again, the work was great but if you can do a bit of research you could save yourself some money. If you don't care about the cost, then this is the company for you.

Overcharging consumers for simple unclogging can be seen as a misrepresentation effort, equipment, quality of service or skill to perform the service.

Objectively speaking: $499 for this service is overcharging. This was not a complicated or unique situation.

Power provides the best and most experienced plumbing service in Chicago. I wish all service providers could be half as good as Power.

Emergency - basement flooding

After some heavy rains my basement started flooding. I had no idea what to do so I googled a plumber and came across Apex Plumbing. I saw all of the good reviews and pleased customers so I gave them a call. I could not have been happier with my decision. Everyone I spoke with was professional and nice. They got to my home fairly quick, diagnosed the issue, and got to work. It wasn’t too long after and my basement was water free. The pricing was pretty reasonable for the great care I received. If you have similar issues, or any plumbing related issues period, give Apex a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I requested a water heater repair and they told me that a service call to come out will be $59 and then they will tell me the price for repair, the service call fee would come out of the repair cost of I decide to go with them.
A guy comes out quickly, tells me in order to even tell me what's wrong with the heater and to run diagnostic on it, it will be another $474!!!! $59 includes him knocking on my door basically, nothing else. I know my water heater is not working, I know what I did to come to this conclusion, I don't need to spend $59 for someone else to tell me this. Don't waste your money, go with a smaller firm. Complete ripoff, never again.

By far the best service experience in 25 years of home ownership. Pablo and his company are prompt, courteous and remarkably efficient! They just recently came out on the New Year holiday weekend. One call and one service trip and the problem was resolved. They have even walked me through fixes over the phone to stop emergency problems. My family and all my tenants are so grateful for this company!

Mikes Plumbing Company is wonderful! Professional, honest , prompt, reliable, with great prices. Woke up last Saturday morning to find water all over the hard wood floor of my condo. It was pouring out from under my kitchen sink. Called the condo management and asked if they could give me a plumber they used. Called the plumbing company telling them it was an emergency, and they never even called me back. I then got Mikes Plumbing Company from someone else. When I called, Mike personally answered the phone and when I told him it was an emergency he came over immediately. I was amazed by how fast he got there! He assessed the situation and completely turned the water off. He then went out and bought a new faucet so he could fix the leak. I was so impressed by how kind he was. I was a basket case and he reassured me that everything would be fine. His kindness, caring and professionalism were outstanding! He did a great job and even cleaned everything up!
