Their professionalism was beyond anything I could expect and they stayed as long as it took to get the job done all right before the holiday.

Jesus came out a few months ago to find out what was wrong with our sewer line. We had back ups and there was a large tree root which blocked the sewer line. We had catastrophic flooding in our basement. He dug up the basement and fixed the problem. No more odor, no more flooding. We now have his crew fixing our sink. I would recommend his wholeheartedly.

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

They would have gotten five stars if they had cleaned up a bit more thoroughly. I would have given 4.5 if it had been an option.

Had water backing up in the basement after each heavy rain - Erwin, Robert and Diago did a superb job rotor-rooted the building's pipe to the sewer line, cleaned out the catch basin- basement has been dry ever since - Would recommend them without hesitation!

After having bathtub drain slow after each usage for weeks today was the final straw. We had bad experiences with other plumber in the past. Juan saved the day we will definitely call them on my next plumbing issues.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet, and the piping underneath was a mess and also starting to leak. Had some initial hesitation but decided to pay for the whole thing to be replaced and it was completely worth it. Alex and Nick (I believe those was their names) did an amazing job and would definitely use J. Blanton Plumbing again. You get what you pay for.

I had a water leak to the unit below me after 22 years of living in my condo. PATRICK, young, inexperienced plumber DID NOT try what 3 other licensed plumbers told me he should have tried to fix it (wax ring) but insteadREMOVED the cast iron flange unnecessarily which the 3 other licenced plumbers and the City of Chicago Plumbing dept (over the phone) said was placed in the right spot since I live in an older building and extensions or other means can get it the 1/4 above the tile from where it was. He has caused a very costly, complicated project for me because of his incompetence and the company not willing to keep me as a satisifed customer.

Logan and Djenkis were great - timely, professional, friendly and very communicative about the work that needed to be done. Customer service was also much better than many I’ve experienced. This is the second time I’ve used Rescue, and I highly recommend them.

ZERO STARS !! I spoke to Mark a day after leaving a message to get an estimate to replace a shower base. We spoke on the phone and I told him we wanted a shower base removed and a newer on installed. I sent detailed pictures to him per his request. He replied that he was concerned about something he saw in the picture I sent so I told him I would contact the building engineer with the concern he had - I email him with the building engineers response and did not get any reply whatsoever - perhaps this company is content rodding sewer lines for a living.

Called Burris & Son and received excellent service, good prices.Thought this would have been an expensive repair and it was not. I was very pleased.

These guys are amazing! Extremely personable and professional. We are newer homeowners, and new to the whole catch basin system. William and his dad came out and not only cleaned out our catch basin and hydro jetted our pipes, but they patiently answered our many questions about how the whole system works. They got everything done quickly, and also gave advice regarding next steps and maintenance. Their team is definitely our go-to plumbing experts moving forward!

I called Apex this morning and liked the response from the older gentleman. Two plumbers (Brandon and Adan) showed up promptly. Here is my experience this morning. The leakage was caused by our unit where the pipe was not being aligned to the hole under the water heater. They did diagnose the problem correctly (I hope, finger cross!) I would say Brandon as the lead was discourteous - didn’t introduce himself, knocking the door very loud or close the door loudly. When he talked about the solutions on how to prevent the pipe from being displaced, ($400 for replacing the PVC pipe; $200 for attaching PVC pipe and no cost for putting a brick on the pipe), he failed to mention one solution that a plumber usually does- glue the PVC pipe. Another contractor told me a plumber should have offered that solution. I paid the $199 for diagnostics. The overall experience is unpleasant. I will not use their service again.
