I had water in my basement I livent on the westside and they came evaluated the situation and gave me a estimate and got the work done in a hurry I didn't have to set up a appointment they came out the same day. I would totally recommend them to friends and family

I had a gangway sewer plugged up and backing up Water. They rodded the main pipe from roots of a tree in the pipes. It cost $425.00 the person stated he rooted out the pipes to the street. It did not fix the problem. They stated they do not guarantee to fix the problem. They said to try to fix the problem would be another $1200.00. Again no guarantees. They try to fix the problem by trial and error. Not very happy with this company.

Hiring a plumber is nerve-wracking. Would I get a fair price? Would the work be done right or would it just be a quick fix? It's hard to find good people to work with! But wow, John and his team are honest, professional, thorough, and do incredible work. They've helped us with a few projects in our house and are always prompt, communicative, and pleasures to work with. Super professional and patiently explained the advantages of repairing our catch basin for a 6-unit building, and explained why tearing up and re-routing all the plumbing to get rid of the basin was a bad idea. They actually came out twice to help us decide what to do, as we were getting wildly different opinions from other plumbing outfits.

I had a sump pump that was not going off and my basement started to pool with water. It started raining really bad and I didn't know what to do. That's when I went to Google and found Chicago water heater and pump specialist. I was able to talk to someone when I called and get someone out the same day due to an emergency. Sam came out. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and was able to get the sump pump replaced and save my basement from flooding. I was very grateful. I highly recommend this company. They were fair priced very professional, and after taking care of my sump pump I had a few other issues with my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He was able to give me a couple solutions and we most definitely will be calling Chicago water heater and pump specialist back. This company not only handles sump pumps but everything with plumbing inside our home.

Horrible service! We paid almost 5K to fix a sewer problem and we are still having issues. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Don’t waste your time.
