Best Replace Commercial Water Heater in Chicago IL

I reached out to Rescue Plumbing from a recommendation from a friend to fix a toilet leak. They were so responsive and had a team at the house same day. Pete and Noah were so helpful and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem! Highly recommend!

This was my second time using the company and having Ron the technician come out. This company is very thorough, professional and informative laying out all the options. In both cases, Ron was able to identify the problem source of the leak when others could not. Highly recommend their services.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Vanguard Plumbing. My toilet finally started showing its age and needed to be rebuilt. Plumbers arrived on time and stuck to the agreed-upon proposal of time-to-complete the job as well the total cost of labor and parts (so there were no unexpected surprises when the work was finished).

I contacted First Chicago Plumbing last year as I was considering replacing a very old boiler system. This year, was ready to get the work done before winter. I dealt directly with the owner, Eugene, who from the first moment we were in contact was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. We ended up expanding the project quite a bit and I signed the estimate. There were a few other add-ons we had discussed depending on how the project progressed and how much they would end up adding to the cost. I ended up getting everything I wanted done. I was spending quite a bit already, but I felt overall the price was fair for the value I received.

Eugene’s crew followed the example he set. They were prompt, courteous, and very fast. All the while Eugene was in contact and personally ensured the job went smoothly. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. His crew let me know when they were done and left the worksite clean and complete. But Eugene still came out to personally ensure all was well. I would highly recommend First Chicago Plumbing and will rely on them for my future plumbing needs.

Had a very positive experience both on the phone to set up a time for them to come out and when they actually visited. Tech was prompt and did a great job to resolve my issue. Both Rob and Ralph are good dudes!

From the assessment, these plumbers were able to diagnose that the previous plumbers had messed up on all my new pipes and they needed to be replaced. They gave a rough estimate and proceeded to do the work. It was beautiful and I recommend what thye do.

Brian and Brandon fixed a problem where two other plumbers had failed. The fix was done quickly and effectively! They were professional and happy to share their knowledge.

A drain in my basement was draining slowly and the p-trap of the drain appeared to be broken. I called the plumber in to dig up the floor around the drain and put in a new pipe with a p-trap. They dug up the pipe and found some problems with the connection to the sewer. They had to do more extensive repairs than first suspected. They completed the job in a day and a half and the price came in higher than the estimate but about what I expected given the additional work. The basement floor was restored with a layer of concrete around the new drain cover.

I was late by 15 min dropping the kids off at school, but Ben waited for me. Fortunately the water heater lighted up again without a problem (I might of been doing it wrong), Ben showed me how to start it. Since there was nothing actually wrong he said he’s not going to charge a service fee.... thanks Apex & Ben!!!

I called Matt on Memorial Day morning and within a couple hours he took time away from his family and came over and fixed a plumbing issue with our bathtub faucet - a heavy leak that required turning the water off to the whole house. He arrived on time (despite the short notice on a holiday!), was very nice, pleasant, and professional, and fixed the problem in no time. And the price was quite reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling him again should another plumbing issue arise. Hands down best plumber I ever had. They installed a water drip pan under my washer and water heater. Very reasonable pricing and they finished on time, Henry even went the extra mile and hooked up my dryer vent even though it was not part of the service. I would definitely call savior plumbers again next time!

Hire Mike when you need a plumber. Great trades people are often hard to find and Mike is great. While I am not a plumber, I know enough about the trades to know quality work. I first used his service when I needed to add a sewer line. I got 3 bids and his was the lowest, and his work was excellent. I live in an 80 year old house in a wooded area. So occasionally the sewer's back up and Mike always gets the repair done quickly and at a very fair price (which just happened).
